Major epidemics have a serious impact on social production and living order and pose a major threat to people’s life,health and safety.Urban public transport system is closely related to the daily life of urban residents,and its operation under the epidemic situation has new situations and characteristics.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the urban bus line network based on epidemic situation has theoretical and practical significance and practical application value.Combined with the overview of public transport network optimization methods under normal conditions and public transport emergency planning methods under emergencies,this paper analyzes the problems of public transport network optimization under the epidemic according to the public transport operation strategies of cities under the epidemic situation.Based on the background of epidemic prevention and control,different from the conventional situation,this paper takes the shortest travel time of passengers on the bus as the modeling goal to reduce the contact time of passengers on the bus.At the same time,the passenger full load rate is used as the model constraint,so that the passengers on the bus must be less than the specified safety threshold.This allows passengers to maintain a certain distance on buses and reduce the risk of passengers being infected with novel coronavirus.This paper establish an optimization model of the layout adjustment of urban bus line network based on the epidemic situation,and build Sioux Falls urban road traffic network as an example.Genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization model of the layout adjustment of urban bus line network based on the epidemic situation.And analyze and verify the validity and correctness of the model established in this paper.Based on the constructed optimization model for the layout adjustment of urban bus line network under epidemic prevention and control,combined with the current situation of bus transportation in Luoyang city.The regional bus line network composed of Zhongzhou middle road,Wuhan road,Union road,Changan road and Longlin road in Jianxi district of Luoyang city was selected for example analysis and application.Select stations and bus lines,and solve the model through matlab software simulation to optimize the bus line network in the region.The bus line network optimized by the model can achieve the goal of the shortest bus travel time and the lowest operating cost of the bus company.After optimization,the repetition coefficient of the line network is 1.70,and the coverage rate of the line network is 81.64%.The bus line network is reasonable,with good accessibility and few bus blind spots,which can meet the bus needs of residents in the region as far as possible on the basis of epidemic prevention and control.The example results prove that the epidemic-based urban bus line network optimization method proposed in this paper has good optimization effect.And it can realize the purpose of optimizing the bus line network under epidemic situation based on epidemic prevention and control,and guarantee the bus demand of residents under epidemic prevention and control.
