| With the development of science and technology,environmental pollution has seriously affected people’s production and life,and solving environmental pollution has become an important area of scientific and technological development.Compared with traditional tractors,series hybrid tractors are more environmentally friendly and energy-saving,and are more suitable for the current development requirements.The structure and principle of the drive system of series hybrid tractors are quite different from those of traditional tractors.The communication method of traditional tractors is difficult to meet the requirements of series hybrid tractors.The communication method of traditional tractor is difficult to meet the information transmission requirements between the control units of the series hybrid tractor.The study of the CAN network system that meets the communication requirements provides a theoretical basis for improving the working performance of the series hybrid tractor.The main research contents are:(1)Analyze the structural characteristics of bus-type,star-type,ring-type,and tree-type topology structures;define nodes for series hybrid tractors,use graph theory to establish mathematical models based on the maximum flow problem of data flow,and calculate Analyze the total amount of information on the topology and the information flow between nodes;select the appropriate topology to design the network topology of the series hybrid tractor.(2)Select the hardware equipment of the communication system according to the CAN bus communication network of the tandem hybrid tractor;study the SAE J1939 communication protocol,and formulate the node information of the CAN communication network of the tandem hybrid tractor,based on the importance of the nodes and the reliability of the information To meet the requirements of nature and real-time,design the data link layer,information frame,message identifier and formulate the communication protocol;according to the hardware selection,design the initialization of CAN bus communication and the software process of message sending and receiving.(3)The CAN communication system of the tandem hybrid tractor is simulated and tested by CANoe software.Different databases are established for the four communication systems,simulation projects are established,and simulation results are analyzed.Use the hardware development board to design the test plan,build the test platform,and analyze the reliability and real-time performance of the communication system. |
