Eco-type outer suburban villages and towns in mega-cities are located on the fringe of the city,with a large proportion of the natural environment,rural as the main construction mode,urban and rural ecological environmental barriers as an important task,and more and more affected by urban development.The blue-green space is an important ecological environment background in urban and rural areas,and has important ecological space functions and values.This paper takes the blue-green space in Guanzhuang Town,Jizhou District,Tianjin City as the research object,and combines the concept of ecological protection and restoration to investigate the ecological status of the macro-county area—Jizhou District.Through actual measurement and official acquisition of ecological environment data,the evaluation is constructed The model explores the ecological environment of the blue-green space.This article first introduces the development status and blue-green space issues of ecologically-typed suburban villages and towns in megacities under the background of territorial and spatial planning.Secondly,the related concepts are determined through literature research,and the index factors and research methods for evaluating the blue-green space are summarized,combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,to determine the comprehensive method of qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation.Guanzhuang Town,Jizhou District was selected as the research object,and the current situation and problems of the blue-green space environment in Guanzhuang Town were understood through field investigation.First,the intuitive problems and research directions were summarized from a qualitative point of view,and the blue-green space fragmentation,patch fragmentation,and water bodies were found Problems such as space encroachment,water pollution and low public participation need to be improved.On this basis,an ecological blue-green space evaluation system of outskirts villages and towns is constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to determine the index weight,and the quality of the blue-green space of Guanzhuang Town is evaluated and studied.After quantitative research and analysis on ecological environment quality,ecological sensitivity,quantitative characteristics of blue-green space,blue-green landscape pattern and environmental public satisfaction,it is found that the overall ecological environment quality of Guanzhuang Town is acceptable,but there are ecologically sensitive areas and construction land,The current situation of a large number of overlapping of agricultural land and surrounding land;large-scale water systems have good environmental quality,but some small and micro water bodies are seriously polluted,and the water system is interrupted;the rate of green land is high but the plates are broken and the continuity is poor;the blue-green landscape is poorly connected,and the space The distribution is uneven;residents’ satisfaction with the overall blue-green environment of the town needs to be improved.Based on the intuitive status quo of the blue-green space,the quality of the ecological environment,the results of ecological sensitivity zoning,the number and structural characteristics of the blue-green space,and the feedback from residents,the goal is to optimize and upgrade the blue-green space,and the concept of ecological protection and restoration is based on the "protection Prioritize,repair problems,fine-tune the pattern,transform and improve,and build as needed.” Five aspects include the improvement of ecological environment quality,the delineation of ecologically sensitive zoning,the quantity adjustment of blue-green environment,the optimization of blue-green landscape pattern,and the improvement of public participation evaluation mechanism.Starting from the perspective,the optimization strategy is proposed,and the development of blue and green spaces in villages and towns is tried to be guided at the spatial planning and design level. |
