With the rapid development of electric vehicle technology,electric vehicle equipped with two-gear transmission has attracted widespread attention.However,in the shift process of two-gear transmission,the shift impact reduces the ride comfort,and the slip work generated by the shift also increases the wear of the transmission system.In order to solve the above problems,coordinated control of the shift process of the two-gear transmission is beneficial to improve the shift comfort,reduce the wear of the transmission system,and improve the ride comfort.Firstly,the driving motor is selected and calculated by the gearbox speed ratio and the vehicle parameters of electric vehicle,and the dynamic shift law,economic shift law and comprehensive shift law are solved according to the motor parameters.The simulation results of 100 km acceleration and energy consumption show that the comprehensive shift law has good dynamic performance and economy.Secondly,the AMESim software is used to build the gearbox and each mechanism model and complete the whole vehicle model in the shift process.The simulation verification is carried out based on the NEDC and WLTC working conditions to obtain the shift model that meets the theoretical requirements.Finally,the optimal LQR controller is designed for the shift process,and the cosimulation results show that the shift impact and slip work are reduced.Based on optimal control theory and genetic algorithm theory,the optimal controller LQR is optimized,and the GA-LQR controller is designed.GA-LQR controller and LQR controller are simulated and compared considering the vehicle weight and clutch friction coefficient changes,and the conclusion is that the optimization effect of GA-LQR controller is better than that of LQR controller.The control strategy of two-gear transmission improves the shift quality of ET200 two-gear transmission and provides theoretical reference for similar transmissions.Figure 50;Table 7;Reference 68...
