Aiming at the problems of complicated software operation and high labor cost in the use of mechanical simulation software at present,this paper proposes a solution of RPA(Robotic Process Automation)automation of simulation software based on OCR(Optical Character Recognition)image character recognition to improve work efficiency and realize the joint simulation of different simulation software.This paper focuses on the research and testing of the integrated development environment of mechanical simulation RPA system,image character recognition,input device simulation operation and automation of simulation software.The paper mainly completed the following work:⑴ The overall architecture of mechanical simulation RPA software is designed.First,the RPA integrated development environment and RPA runtime server architecture are designed;Secondly,the process design of each module and OCR character recognition scheme design are completed;Finally,the key technologies of RPA are studied.⑵ Through comparative analysis,image character recognition algorithm is determined,including image preprocessing and image character recognition.In the part of image preprocessing,the algorithm flow of image processing is designed to achieve clear image processing;Secondly,the OCR character recognition algorithm is studied comparatively,and the appropriate OCR character recognition algorithm is adopted and the characters in the simulation software interface are trained.⑶ Aiming at the RPA process automation of common 3D modeling software,statics analysis software and mechanism dynamics analysis software,as well as the co-simulation automation among simulation software,the OCR image text and text position recognition of three simulation software interfaces is completed.⑷ The design of mechanical simulation RPA software interface and algorithm is completed,including mechanical simulation RPA integrated development environment(IDE)and RPA runtime server architecture design.Firstly,the interface design of simulation code editor and simulation instruction generator of RPA integrated development environment is completed.Secondly,the RPA runtime server algorithm is designed.⑸The design of dongle controller is completed.According to the software encryption protection requirements of mechanical simulation RPA prototype system,the overall architecture of the dongle is designed,including the main control module,encryption module and serial communication module.⑹ The RPA prototype system test of mechanical simulation is completed.Taking the robot arm assembly as an example,the modeling update of the whole assembly was realized by modifying the size of the robot arm parts.In addition,static and dynamic simulation and cosimulation test of simulation software are carried out on the assembly.
