China’s automobile market is still in the development enlightenment stage.Under the industry background of lack of industry standards,low degree of industry informatization and uneven enterprise development,it is more and more difficult for enterprises to develop and survive because of excessive competition.Company J,the organizer of the parts trading platform in the auto parts industry,also fell into the dilemma of high customer acquisition cost,weak profitability and difficult scale.This paper first studies the supply chain model of the auto parts market and makes a more detailed introduction to the whole auto parts market,then finds the theoretical basis for J company to get rid of the current dilemma through the literature and theoretical research related to the business model and value network,and understands the important components of the value network and the core elements of the business model.Secondly,it analyzes the macro environment of the auto parts market,and determines that the overall development of the auto parts market is good through the analysis of multiple dimensions of policy,capital,society and technical environment.Then it introduces the service model for end consumers,and then introduces the supply chain corresponding to different service models and the corresponding consumer demand analysis.Furthermore,it introduces the background information and main business of J company,and describes in detail the reasons why J company needs business transformation.Then,taking J company as the prototype,it makes a SWOT analysis on J company’s own resource environment,and determines that J company has the foundation to build an auto parts value network.Finally,based on the theory of value network,the auto parts value network organized by J company is designed from the aspects of components,value creation and circulation.It also makes a feasibility analysis of the auto parts value network through the four business elements,and describes in detail the core elements of the value network,such as the business model construction of the auto parts value network,the main characteristics of the value network,profit model,profit distribution and so on.
