| Piezoelectric materials are a kind of crystal materials that can produce positive and negative electric charges on its surface when it suffers external force.Piezoelectric materials are often used to make piezoelectric sensors,transducers,actuators and so on.Because the application environment of these devices become worse,it puts forward higher requirements on the performance of piezoelectric materials.Piezoelectric constant d33is the most commonly used parameter to measure the performance of piezoelectric materials.Now,the variable temperature piezoelectric constant d33test system on the market have the disadvantages of narrow temperature range,manual reading and so on.Therefore,this paper designs a wide temperature piezoelectric constant d33test system,which can automatically measure the piezoelectric constant d33of piezoelectric materials in the range of room temperature to 600℃.Firstly,compared various methods of measuring piezoelectric constant d33,this paper selects the quasi-static method to measure piezoelectric constant d33.Then,this paper introduces the hardware structure of the test system,including force applying device,insulation box and control circuit board.The force applying device chooses ZJ-3 from the Institute of Acoustics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,which can apply alternating low frequency force to piezoelectric materials.The insulation box includes temperature controller,temperature sensor,solid state relay and heating wire that can create an ambient atmosphere from room temperature to 600℃.The control circuit board designs driving circuit,regulating circuit,gathering circuit and so on.The control circuit board can make force applying device vibrate,collect voltage signal generated by the positive piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric materials and other functions.Human-computer interaction program and single chip microcomputer program make up the software of the test system.Single chip microcomputer program is developed in MPLAB platform using C language to realize signal regulating,gathering and other functions.Human-computer interaction program is developed using C#language in VS2017 platform,which can control the insulation box and the control circuit board.At the same time,Human-computer interaction program has curve drawing,automatic data storage,running state display and other functions,which bring great convenience to the user.The experimental results show that this paper designs the wide temperature piezoelectric constant d33test system which can achieve accurately measure the piezoelectric constant d33of piezoelectric materials in the range of room temperature to 600℃.what’s more,the test system is highly automated and integrated,which has application value. |
