Permanent magnet synchronous motor,as a common AC motor in the field of power drive and control,has excellent speed regulation characteristics,among which surface mount PMSM is widely used in control sites requiring high electrical characteristics.The traditional surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system needs to measure the rotor position information by means of external detection device,which greatly limits the application range of its speed regulation system.In order to make the practical application of surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system more in-depth,the sensorless control technology of surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied in this paper.Firstly,aiming at the poor performance of rotor position detection by traditional pulse vibration and high frequency voltage injection method when the motor is running at low speed,the performance of the control system is reduced,an improved method using second-order generalized integrator is proposed,which effectively improves the dynamic performance of the control system.By using Simulink simulation platform,the dynamic performance of sensorless control system with pulse high frequency voltage injection method before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved pulse high frequency voltage injection method is effective in low speed operation.What’s more,an improved model reference adaptive algorithm is proposed to improve the speed of the control system,aiming at the poor dynamic performance of the model reference adaptive algorithm when the motor is running at medium and high speed.By using Simulink simulation platform,the dynamic performance of sensorless control system with model reference adaptive algorithm before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved model reference adaptive algorithm is effective in medium and high operating state.According to the above two improved sensorless control algorithms,a sensorless control system of surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed within the full speed range,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the hybrid control algorithm was proved by Simulink simulation platform.Finally,the software and hardware design of sensorless control system of surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motor is carried out,and the software debugging and hardware experiment are carried out.The experimental results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the design.
