Rainfall is a very common physical phenomenon in nature,and the scientific research on the sea surface rainfall information is very important.When the water vapor falls,it will reflect and refract the electromagnetic wave emitted by the X-band navigation radar,and the echo signal will be received by the radar,it will also change the relevant wave parameters of the sea surface,and produce dense and rough spots on the radar echo image.Through the wave monitoring equipment to study the changes of wave parameters,the rainfall information can be detected.Based on the original image of X-band marine radar,this paper selects a specific Cartesian region as the main research area.On the premise that the rainfall is roughly uniform in the selected Cartesian region,the methods of dominant wavelength combined with echo difference and wavenumber energy ratio combined with BP neural network are used to study the rainfall.Aiming at the problems that the classical echo difference theory exists the problem of the spatial rainfall heterogeneity and the fixed detection distance,the adaptive sliding window is set based on the dominant wavelength of the sea wave,and the method is applied to rainfall detection.The actual measurement shows that the method improves the accuracy of rainfall recognition.In view of the fact that the classical wavenumber energy proportion detecting rainfall information theory does not have the characteristics of selfadaptive and self-learning,the wavenumber energy proportion and BP neural network are combined with rainfall detection and rainfall grade estimation.The experiment shows that this method can improve the accuracy of rainfall detection to some extent and realize the accurate judgment of rainfall grade.The method of using dominant wavelength and echo difference to judge whether it rains or not has higher accuracy than the traditional method of using echo intensity mean and echo difference.The wavenumber energy spectrum combined with BP neural network method is more accurate for the detection of rainfall,and the estimation accuracy of rainfall grade decreases slightly.
