| As the main energy source during the operation of ships,the ship’s power system has a core position in the ship field.Its long-term reliable and stable operation directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the ship.Therefore,the research on the fault analysis and diagnosis technology of the ship’s power system has caused The general attention of experts and scholars in the field of ships at home and abroad has become a research hotspot nowadays,which has very necessary research significance.This article focuses on the following aspects in view of the operation process and fault analysis and diagnosis technology of the ship’s power system:First,according to the composition principle and structure of each part of the ship’s power system,the mathematical model is established,including the diesel generator set and its parallel operation process,static load and asynchronous motor.Combine computer simulation technology to build the overall simulation model of the ship’s power system,simulate the parallel operation process of diesel generator sets and the typical working conditions of the ship’s power system,and verify the correctness of the built model.After that,the short-circuit faults of the power grid and generator sets are simulated and analyzed,and the characteristics of the line faults under different working conditions are extracted.Establish the fault tree of the ship power system,and use the method of combining the fault tree analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the equipment operation faults,and lay the foundation for the subsequent research on the fault diagnosis technology of the ship power system.Secondly,research on fault diagnosis technology of ship power system based on expert system.First,complete the design of fault knowledge base and fault diagnosis reasoning mechanism;on this basis,refer to the relevant requirements of fault diagnosis operability and reliability,and use software such as SQL Server,MATLAB and Visual Studio to complete the fault diagnosis of ship power system based on the expert system The design of the software,combined with relevant examples to demonstrate the software functions,verified the practicability and reliability of the marine power system fault diagnosis expert system software.Finally,neural network technology is used to diagnose the line faults of the ship’s power system.The network is trained according to the data obtained in the process of short-circuit fault simulation analysis.The test results show that the neural network-based fault diagnosis technology can effectively complete the classification of different faults,but the process of processing the input fault signal is more cumbersome,and the input signal samples are too many,Affect the calculation speed of neural network.Therefore,the introduction of wavelet analysis method to form a loose wavelet neural network,by pre-extracting and compressing data,reducing the number of nodes in the input layer of the neural network,which can effectively improve the convergence performance of neural network fault diagnosis technology,and has higher practical application value. |
