Research On Ground Operation Management Of S Airport

In recent years,the number of accidents,symptoms and other unsafe incidents in the civil aviation industry has increased year by year,among which the problems related to the service guarantee of the airport are common,and the airport operation management is facing severe challenges.In order to improve the quality of airport operation management,ensure the continuous safety of the airport,and find out the influencing factors of airport operation management,it is necessary to study airport ground operation management.This paper introduces the current situation of ground operation management of S Airport.Based on the operation connotation of the airport and through questionnaire survey,it effectively concludes that the main factors affecting the ground operation management of S Airport at present are the terminal operation guarantee,personnel and equipment resource allocation,aircraft ground sliding,and information transmission.This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of these four problems.Based on the relevant management theories,the design schemes and specific measures of organization structure optimization,management process optimization,ground taxiing route method optimization and information system optimization are proposed.Optimize the ground operation organization and personnel structure of S Airport,transform the pyramid structure to the olive structure,make the ground operation management mode of S Airport change from the technical support type to the efficiency service type,optimize the aircraft ground taxiing route,shorten the ground taxiing distance and improve the ground operation efficiency through the pilot’s selection of the nearest taxiway and the flexible use of the taxiway.At the same time,by expanding Taxiway B which is parallel to Taxiway A,the space utilization of the airport will be improved,so as to improve the aircraft ground taxiing efficiency.Through the establishment of a collaborative decision-making information system platform composed of the airport,air traffic control and airline companies,the support information can be fully shared to avoid flight delays and waste of ground support resources due to information asymmetry.In addition,this paper puts forward the implementation guarantee measures of S airport ground operation management optimization scheme,and summarizes the full text.This paper hopes to optimize the ground operation management of S Airport at the current stage through the research and discussion on ground operation management of S Airport.At the same time,it is hoped to provide reference value for other enterprises that are exploring airport ground operation management.
