Research On The Application Of Comprehensive Budget Management System Under The Integration Of Business And Financ

With the development of supply side structure reformation and the promotion of economy transition,integrated budgetary management is becoming more and more concerned by the country and the business.However,in practice,many enterprises fail to jump out of the "financial leadership" framework,have poor connection and interaction with the business,and the management effect is not ideal.In this context,there is a growing emphasis on the principle of integrating business and finance in comprehensive budget management.The integration of industry and finance refers to the value analysis and management control of all aspects of production and operation through business and financial cooperation,and helps the realization of enterprise development strategy.The optimization progress of comprehensive budget management on the basis of the original industry financial integration perspective can improve the participation of business personnel in the process of comprehensive budget management and communicate industry profits,fully consider the business logic and make comprehensive budget management have characteristics,and ultimately improve the efficiency of enterprises and promote the realization of strategic development goals of enterprises.So,it is an important question for us to optimize the integrated budgetary management and achieve the integrated financial structure of the corporation.In this article,we discuss the optimal control of general budget from the angle of industrial financial integration.Then we discuss the related documents about integrated budgetary management and industry financial conformity,and put forward an optimal scheme for integrated budgetary management from the angle of industry financial integration.The major way to optimize the whole budgetary management is provided from the point of view of industry financial conformity.On this basis,a full example is provided in this article.Finally,this paper puts forward an optimal plan for the integrated financial industry in terms of budgetary conditions,budgetary objectives,budget making,budgetary implementation and budgetary assessment.At last,this paper concludes the thesis on the basis of the above mentioned.Based on the study,it is suggested that optimizing the overall budgetary management from the angle of industry and financial integration must pay close attention to its developing strategy and its critical operation content.This thesis has enriched the theoretical and practical aspects of integrated budgetary management with industrial and financial integration.This paper offers some theory thinking about how to optimize the overall budgetary management from the angle of industrial and financial integration.Moreover,the optimized operation of auto corporation B’s overall budgetary management can be used as a reference for other similar enterprises.
