Since the Mircogrid is an essential method to make use of the renewable energy,it is crucial to ensure the safe,stable and economic operation.In this paper,Distributed Generators(DGs)are treated as the research object which aims to realize decentralized optimization operation,so as to meet the flexible requirement of DGs.The detailed research is as follows:Firstly,aiming at safe and stable control of microgrids,a distributed control method based on consensus is proposed.Since droop control cannot achieve the ideal load sharing in proportion to DGs,the compensating is taken into account for the fluctuation of system frequency and voltage caused by disturbance.Simulation results verify the accuracy of the proposed method.Then,a consensus based the decentralized optimization method for Distributed Generators(DGs)power allocation is proposed to ensure the economic and reliable operation of microgrids.According to the method,all parameters are designed in a fully distributed fashion,which does not depend on any center or leader.To further achieve decentralization and meet the flexible requirement of DGs,the strategy is adaptable to time-varying communication topologies(timevarying digraphs)and is proved to be convergent.During the communication process,stochastic noise is introduced to imitate a non-ideal communication environment,and the convergence rate is accelerated via coupling designed gains of noise and feedback(mismatch).Meanwhile,the cost of reactive power generation and reactive power compensation are considered for a comprehensive optimization,which guarantees the locally reactive power balance and reduces the cost.Simulations based on a test microgrid are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally,a decentralized optimization method based on generation prediction is proposed to get rid of the load information.Therein,LSTM is used to predict the local power generation of each DG,which is used to improve the optimization model so that gets rid of the load information supplied by control center.Then the optimization algorithm is designed based on the broadcast gossip theory.In addition,the optimization results are combined with the droop control to realize the combination of the second optimization layer and the primiary control layer for real-time operation.In conclusion,the proposed method realizes the decentralized optimization and the control of DGs to ensure the flexibility and controllability,which is benefit to the safe,stable and economic operation of a microgrid.
