Research On The Effect Of BYD's External Financing Under The Background Of Green Technology Innovatio

This paper mainly discusses the enterprise under the background of green technology innovation of external financing effect,In order to encourage enterprises’ green technology innovation,the state has introduced research and development subsidies and other subsidies,and the government subsidies can not only relieve the financial pressure of enterprises,but also have a signal transmission effect.The signal transmission of green technology innovation will increase the trust of potential creditors and investors,and promote the improvement of enterprises’ financing capacity.Based on this,this paper discusses the role of enterprise green technology innovation on the external financing effect through the case method,including the effect of green technology innovation on debt financing,equity financing,government subsidies and financial performance.The conclusions obtained through the analysis can bring enlightenment and provide theoretical guidance to the enterprises,help the enterprises to understand the influence mechanism of green technology innovation on the external financing effect,and avoid similar problems in the case enterprises.This paper selects BYD as a case enterprise,BYD as the domestic leader of new energy vehicle enterprise is representative of green technology innovation research,and BYD is the first domestic enterprises to issue green bonds,with the article research subject has a high degree of agreement.Through the analysis of BYD financing effect found that BYD in the background of green technology innovation financing effect has some problems,on the one hand,in technology research and development costs,on the other hand,cost advantage in external financing is not obvious problems,the cause of these problems have internal reasons,also have enterprise external system like imperfect reasons,the article puts forward the corresponding Suggestions for improvement.
