In recent years,the demand for electricity on the user side has continued to grow,a high proportion of clean energy has been connected to the grid,and the output of clean energy has the characteristics of anti-peak regulation.That is,the output level is high during the load level and low valley period,resulting in a large surplus of power generation output,and the phenomenon of curtailing wind and light occurs.The output level of clean energy is low during the peak periods,the power generation output cannot meet the power demand,resulting in an increase in the probability of load loss.In the traditional power system,the thermal power unit maintains the real-time supply-demand balance of the system by adjusting the output.However,the adjustable space of thermal power units is limited,which can not meet the maximum adjustable resource demand of the system.It is necessary to adopt the power demand side management method based on economic means to tap the adjustable potential of users and provide adjustable load resources equivalent to power generation resources.In the medium and long-term transactions,the bidding transaction mode by time period is adopted.According to the electricity consumption habits of users,a day is divided into peak,flat and valley periods,and bidding transactions are organized respectively to widen the price difference between peak and valley periods and encourage users to transfer peak loads to flat and low periods independently,so as to cut the peaking time and alleviate the pressure of supply and demand balance.At the same time,with the support of demand response technology,the load aggregators serve as power purchasing agents of retail users,aggregate small and medium-sized power users with large dispersion,encourage users to increase or reduce power load on the original demand curve through economic or technical means.And it can voluntarily provide diversified and rich adjustable load resources.Therefore,this paper studies the trading mode of load aggregators participating in the power market under the background of medium and long-term time-division bidding trading of power,promotes the transformation from the traditional mode of "source follows load" to the collaborative mode of "source load interaction",and jointly reduces the peak load and promotes the consumption of clean energy through the market-oriented means of demand response.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the medium and long-term trading framework,including the trading mode,trading sequence and the coordination between plan and market.At the same time,this paper defines the basic definition of load aggregators,an emerging market subject introduced into the power market in recent years,and further analyzes the technical and market functions of load aggregators.In terms of technical functions,the load aggregator shall have the functions of information collection and energy consumption supervision for users and power equipment.In terms of market function,load aggregators sell electricity or purchase demand response resources to power users through the retail market,purchase electricity as a power seller or sell users’ adjustable electricity as a power generation subject in the wholesale market.Secondly,under the medium and long-term transaction mode of time division and curve,this paper designs a time division method considering the adjustable power demand of the power system,and a time division electricity price mechanism for medium and long-term transactions.In order to ensure the adaptability of the market clearing results to the supply and demand scenarios,the clean energy output and load are clustered as the scenario characteristics to obtain the adjustable power demand and occurrence probability of the"supply exceeds demand" and "supply exceeds demand" scenarios.In different scenarios,the market participation modes of load aggregators include price leaders and price recipients.This paper discusses the impact of load aggregators on social welfare and self-benefits under different participation modes in different scenarios.In order to give better play to the market function of load aggregators and take the promotion of clean energy consumption and peak and peak load reduction as constraints,an optimization model for maximizing social welfare clearing is constructed.Finally,aiming at the peak load period with increasing frequency year by year,this paper analyzes the adjustable load potential of large industrial users,general industrial and commercial users,and urban and rural residents under the jurisdiction of load aggregators,and designs a monthly pricing and day ahead bidding listing trading model for peak periods.In this mode,the load aggregator forms a demand response resources before the month,participates in the bidding transaction of redundant adjustable load resources before the day,and ensures the instantaneous power balance of the power system on the operation day.At the same time,considering the market benefits of the power grid company,the clearing model is constructed with the goal of maximizing social welfare.In the settlement process,considering the incentive compatibility between individuals and the whole,a settlement method to improve the authenticity of the quotation curve of load aggregators is adopted to ensure the market operation efficiency.The research shows that the income increase of load aggregators is greater under the price receiver mode,and the value-added of social welfare is greater under the price leader mode.The phased introduction of load aggregators can enrich the demand response resources of the market and restrain the fluctuation of electricity prices.At the same time,compared with the conventional monthly unilateral listing transaction,the listing market transaction combining monthly pricing and day ahead bidding proposed in this paper can give full play to the market function of load aggregators and tap the adjustable potential of multiple users under the effect of market power.It is an effective measure to provide rich load resources that can be increased or decreased and alleviate the pressure of power system supply and demand balance.
