| There are some difficulties in the construction management of steel box tied arch bridge,such as complex construction procedures,high requirements for the linear accuracy of steel box arch rib,complex and changeable construction environment,easy delay of construction period and so on.In recent years,BIM Technology has been gradually applied to the field of bridge engineering and continuously integrated with other high-tech information technologies,showing the trend of "BIM+" and rapid development.Taking the actual project of Puxing highway bridge as an example,this paper combined BIM Technology with 3D laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photography technology,and Explored a new dynamic informatization construction management mode integrating construction safety,quality and progress,so as to solve the difficulties existing in the above construction management.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By consulting a large number of documents,this paper deeply studied the relevant theories of BIM Technology,3D laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photography technology,and summarized the application functions of three high-tech information technologies in their respective industries.(2)The creation process of BIM model and point cloud model was discussed and practiced,which provided a reference idea and process for rapid modeling of similar bridges.The parameterized BIM model visualized the steel box tied arch bridge with complex structure and many components,while the point cloud model virtualized the complex and changeable construction environment and the finished products of steel arch rib components.(3)The cross-border integration of BIM Technology and UAV tilt photography technology was studied,which integrated the three-dimensional geographic environment information around the project for construction management.Through the whole scene virtual roaming,we could quickly,accurately and comprehensively grasp the site situation,and the three-dimensional geographic environment information was successfully applied to the construction simulation and schedule 4D management,which played a significant role.(4)BIM Technology was used to carry out dynamic construction simulation research on complex construction processes,which refined three-dimensional display of construction processes and important nodes,finded and solved hidden problems in advance,and successfully guided the on-site construction.It realized the dynamic information management of construction pre control,in-process guidance and post summary,and had good engineering practical value.(5)The combined application of BIM Technology and 3D laser scanning technology was explored,and the dynamic information control of arch rib linear quality integrating virtual detection,virtual splicing and real-time monitoring of steel box arch rib components was realized.Through the comparative analysis between models,the geometric size,interface and linear quality of arch rib steel members could be controlled visually.This method of quality control has high precision,which enables the traditional arch rib steel member finished product detection and linear construction monitoring to realize the optimization from point to surface and from point to line respectively.It is a highly information-based technological innovation for the quality control of traditional steel box arch rib.(6)Based on BIM Technology,the research on dynamic information management of 4D construction progress was carried out,which intuitively showed the process of continuous updating and construction of each subdivisional project of the bridge with the change of time.It analyzed and checked whether the actual progress of the project was consistent with the plan in real time,solved the problem of easy delay of construction period,and had a good application prospect. |
