| Aiming at the problem of poor water stability of carbonaceous mudstone,the experiment and mechanism of improvement of carbonaceous mudstone by vegetable gum were carried out in this paper.The purpose is to provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of this new technology.Taking the improvement of carbonaceous mudstone by vegetable gum as the research object,and taking revealing the improvement mechanism and engineering characteristics as the research goal.Laboratory test,microscopic analysis and model test were adopted to systematically study the improvement technology of carbonaceous mudstone stability by vegetable gum.The main research contents and achievements are as follows.(1)The basic properties of vegetable gum and carbonaceous mudstone were systematically summarized,and the improvement effects of vegetable gum and lime on carbonaceous mudstone were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the three kinds of vegetable gums had better improvement effect than lime,and artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum had the most significant improvement effect among the four kinds of improvers.(2)The physical and mechanical properties of modified pre-disintegrated carbonaceous mudstone by artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum was systematically studied.Through laboratory tests,the effects of curing conditions,dosage and curing age on the physical and mechanical properties of modified carbonaceous mudstone were studied,and the failure mode and durability of the samples were also studied.The results showed that the addition of artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum could effectively improve the compressive strength,shear strength and durability of disintegrating carbonaceous mudstone,and the optimal dosage of artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum was 4%.(3)The anti-permeability,anti-scour and water-holding performance of the carbonaceous mudstone improved by artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum was systematically studied.Through laboratory tests and model tests,the effects of artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum content on the permeability resistance,scour resistance and water holding capacity of carbonaceous mudstone were studied.The results showed that the addition of artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum could significantly improve the permeability resistance,erosion resistance and water holding capacity of carbonaceous mudstone.(4)Through scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction,the microstructure and chemical composition of the carbonaceous mudstone modified by artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum was studied,and the microscopic mechanism of the carbonaceous mudstone modified by artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum was revealed.The results showed that artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum could improve the carbonaceous mudstone to form smooth and compact microstructure without producing mineral composition and functional groups.Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum mainly forms hydrogen bonds through intermolecular interaction,and the entanglement of artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.gum makes the carbonaceous mudstone particles form good aggregate structure and fill the pores. |
