| With the development of space science and technology,cable deployable antenna has been widely used in space communication and electronic reconnaissance due to its characteristics of large aperture and high reception ratio,and has become the research focus of various aerospace institutions and research institutes at home and abroad.The adjustment method of deployable antenna is generally measured from the adjustment accuracy and efficiency.In order to realize the rapid and effective adjustment of deployable hard antenna,this paper carried out mathematical model modification of cable net antenna,key cable adjustment based on sensitivity,pre-adjustment of earth and earth mapping,and cable net prototype preparation and experiment.The specific work is as follows:1.In view of the inconsistency between the hard model and the mathematical model of the cable net antenna,the mathematical model modification method of the node position and a small amount of cable force measurement is proposed.Firstly,the inaccuracy of the existing redeployable antenna mathematical model is studied by using the adjustment method to approximate the restoration of the hard model,and it is proved that the modified mathematical model is not unique theoretically based on the balance equation of the cable net node.Secondly,in order to modify the mathematical antenna model effectively,the null space basis vectors are obtained by SVD decomposition of the equilibrium matrix,and the cable forces are expressed as a linear combination of the null space basis vectors.Then a method to optimize the combined coefficients of the null space base vectors is proposed,and the cable force numbers to be measured are selected to modify the cable net model of the hard antenna.Finally,the cable force with known cable net node coordinates is modified to complete the mathematical model modification simulation verification of cable net antenna.2.In order to realize the efficient and fast adjustment of deployable antenna,the research is carried out from two aspects: reducing the number of adjusting cables and calculating the adjustment amount of antenna quickly and effectively.During the adjustment of the antenna,the positions of the cable net nodes affect each other,which is highly nonlinear and strongly coupled.In view of the sensitivity matrix can reflect the coupling relationship between cable net nodes to a certain extent,this paper develops a key cable adjustment method based on sensitivity adjustment method.That is,the influence factors of cable net adjustment amount on the precision of antenna surface are calculated by using antenna node displacement and sensitivity matrix,and a few adjusting cables are selected as key cables according to the influence factors.Then according to the key cable number to calculate the corresponding key cable adjustment method.Through simulation calculation,the profile precision of antenna reflection surface can reach the desired requirement after limited adjustment,which reflects the high efficiency and effectiveness of key cable adjustment.3.The on-orbit working environment of the antenna is inconsistent with the ground installation and adjustment environment,resulting in the precision of the surface adjusted on the ground being affected by high and low temperature and microgravity shape and even failing to meet the working requirements.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward the space and the earth mapped the adjustment method,namely the antenna by prediction of thermal deformation in the high and low temperature environment,the thermal deformation caused by day linear surface error adjustment to conform to the requirements of the work,and will return to normal temperature condition,the antenna on gravity to space model-the model mapping,for the ground of the cable net antenna adjustment target,Simulation results show that this adjustment method can effectively reduce the influence of high and low temperature environment on the profile accuracy.4.Based on the deployable ring truss structure made by the laboratory,the cable antenna was designed,cut and assembled by using the geometric approach to shape finding design method.V-stars photogrammetry and cable force meter were used to measure the cable net antenna,and the mathematical model of the cable net antenna was revised.The key cable adjustment is carried out on the cable net profile based on the method of guiding the adjustment of the real antenna with the modified mathematical model,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed mathematical model modification method and the high efficiency of the key cable adjustment method. |
