Abstract/Summary:
With the development of water tourism,the construction of smart scenic spots has also ushered in a climax,and new energy cruise ships,as the main means of transportation in water scenic spots,have attracted much attention for their navigation safety issues.At present,domestic water scenic spots lack disaster recovery means for the storage of new energy cruise camera monitoring information(audio and video),and when shipwrecks,explosions and other accidents occur,they will cause damage to the monitoring information and cause difficulties in the investigation of the cause of the accident.How to store monitoring information for disaster recovery and ensure the real-time and integrity of stored data is an important research direction.Storing data is an important reference for investigating the causes of accidents and clarifying the responsibility for accidents,and how to ensure the replayability of stored data is also a hot topic in research.Based on the above problems,this thesis takes a ship in a water smart scenic spot in the North China Plain as an application scenario,and studies the disaster recovery storage and synchronous playback of monitoring information based on the hardware structure of the ship monitoring system,and completes the design and implementation of the ship monitoring information recording system in the scenic spot.This work is mainly divided into the following parts:(1)Research on disaster recovery storage of monitoring information.In order to solve the problem that the stored data cannot be played back due to chaotic data storage and abnormal power failure,this thesis uses the monitoring information of the ship’s camera as the data source and the disaster recovery memory as the storage carrier,and proposes a separate storage solution for audio and video,which realizes the real-time storage and storage of monitoring information.Disaster recovery storage.Compared with the data stream direct storage scheme and the audio and video synchronous storage scheme,this scheme ensures the orderliness and integrity of the stored data in the event of an abnormal power failure.The test results show that the average delay of this solution is 0.93 seconds,and the real-time performance is high.(2)Research on the problem of asynchronous playback of audio and video in stored data.In order to solve the problem of unsynchronized audio and video playback,this thesis adopts the time stamp technology,uses the audio time as the reference time,adjusts the video playback speed,realizes the audio and video synchronous playback,and ensures the replayability and synchronization of the stored data.The test results show that the audio and video synchronization evaluation index SPD is maintained in the range of(-50 ms,50 ms),the average RMSE is 36.698,and the playback synchronization is strong.(3)Based on the scheme proposed above,the design and implementation of the monitoring information recording system are completed.According to the session interaction process of RTSP and the RTP encapsulation format,TCP is used to establish a message transmission channel,and UDP is used to establish a monitoring information transmission channel,realizing the functions of receiving,separating,framing and disaster recovery storage of monitoring information;according to the decoding principle of H.264 and G.711A completes the design of reading,decoding and playback of stored data,and realizes the functions of audio playback,video playback,and audio and video synchronous playback.The test results show that all aspects of the system meet the design requirements.The ship monitoring information recording system has been put into production and operation in the scenic spot since 2021.The operation is stable and reliable,and each indicator meets the design requirements,which is of great significance to the navigation safety and supervision and management of ships in the scenic spot.
