| Ice accumulation on the deck and superstructure of ships sailing in polar regions and high latitudes is easy to occur.Ice accumulation will not only affect the use of equipment on board,but also reduce the work efficiency of personnel on board and even threaten the safety of personnel.Electric heat tracing is an effective method to prevent ice accumulation in the area affected by ice accumulation on the upper deck and superstructure of the ship,which has the advantages of convenient construction,obvious effect and relatively low cost.This paper carries out numerical analysis of electric tracing heat on the upper deck and pipe structure of LNG icebreaker.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to complete the design of electric tracing heat parameters of deck and pipe,give the design scheme of electric tracing heat anti-freezing of specific type of pipe and deck,and complete the experimental verification of electric tracing heat anti-freezing.Specifically,the following research work has been carried out:Based on the heat transfer equation,the heat transfer model of pipe and deck structure is established,the implementation scheme of electric tracing heat preservation heating system is formulated,and the corresponding simplified calculation method is given.The electric tracing simulation is carried out for the insulation layer,and the influence of different insulation materials and thickness on the temperature distribution of the whole model is given through the numerical simulation of the insulation model,and the materials and thickness of the insulation system are determined.The effects of single and double electric tracing belt and spiral winding interval on temperature distribution of pipeline structure were discussed.The electric tracing heating system of deck structure with different spacing is simulated and analyzed,and the influence of different spacing of electric tracing belt on the heating effect and temperature distribution of the model is obtained.Through the thermal insulation heating numerical simulation of pipeline and deck structure,the proper installation mode of electric tracing belt is determined.Finally,the parameters and data needed for experimental research are obtained.In order to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis results,the thermal insulation heating system test of pipeline and deck structure was carried out,and the influence of different thermal insulation materials and thickness on the structure temperature was tested by low temperature laboratory.On this basis,the laying mode of electric tracing heat on different structures was tested.The differences between experimental data and numerical simulation data in low temperature environment were compared.The following conclusions were obtained by comparing numerical simulation and experimental study: The rubber and plastic foam material of 50 mm has the best thermal insulation effect.When the electric tracing belt is used for parallel laying of the pipeline,the symmetrical laying scheme of double roots should be selected,and when the spiral winding method is used,the laying scheme of 250 mm interval should be adopted.When electric tracing heat is laid on deck,the distance between adjacent electric tracing belts should be controlled to be 100 mm so as to meet the requirements of anti-icing. |
