The environment in ship cabins is relatively independent,narrow and highly airtight,and it is easy to gather all kinds of harmful pollutants.People are exposed to these pollutants for a long time,which seriously threatens their health.Studies show that using air purifiers can effectively reduce the concentration of pollutants in the cabin and maintain good air quality in the cabin.In this paper,the effect of air purifier on the distribution of pollutants in cabin is studied by using CFD method.Through simulating the distribution of indoor air field,air age and pollutant concentration under the influence of different factors in the cabin,the effective measures to reduce the concentration of pollutants in the cabin were put forward,in order to provide technical reference for the use of air purifier in the cabin.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the indoor pollutant distribution of air purifier was experimentally studied in artificial environment laboratory,and the accuracy of numerical simulation model was verified by comparing numerical simulation data with experimental data.On this basis,taking the double-occupancy cabin of cruise ship as an example,the influence of air return form,placement position and supply air volume of air purifier on TVOC distribution was simulated.The results show that the removal effect of TVOC by dc louver top and side return air purifier is better,and the opening Angle of louver outlet is suitable between0°and 40°.Among the three typical positions of room center,window and bed end,the bed end is the best position;From the perspective of energy saving,the recommended air volume of the purifier is 100~200m~3/h.Secondly,the influence of air return form and position of air purifier on the distribution of particle pollutants is simulated.The results show that the top-to-bottom cyclone air purifier has a better removal effect on particulate matter,and the suitable cyclone air inlet Angle is 25°~45°.It is better to put the purifier in the window position where the airflow dead corner is easy to appear.In the same position,the effective purification coefficient of the cabin side air supply purifier is higher than that of the top air supply purifier.Finally,according to the particles of droplet exhaled by patients,the influence of the location of three kinds of purifiers on the probability of pathogen transmission was analyzed,and the location suggestions of purifiers were given. |
