In the field of ship transportation,diesel engine is not only the main power source of ship propulsion,but also an important guarantee for ship emergency power generation.The healthy and stable operation of diesel engine is inseparable from the scientific development of diesel engine maintenance support.In the actual maintenance support work,the diesel engine is mainly in two ways: regular maintenance and post maintenance.However,regular maintenance is often accompanied by repeated disassembly and maintenance of diesel engine,resulting in excessive maintenance of diesel engine;On the other hand,because the actual health state of the diesel engine is not clear,the avoidable faults can not be effectively avoided,resulting in the lack of maintenance of the diesel engine.Whether it is over maintenance or under maintenance,it will lead to excessive maintenance cost and high loss of accidental shutdown.Therefore,the research on a diesel engine maintenance decision based on the healthy state of diesel engine is of great significance for the scientific and efficient maintenance of marine diesel engine and other complex power machinery.In this paper,a diesel engine maintenance strategy based on diesel engine health status is studied by using diesel engine condition monitoring technology.Firstly,the fault hierarchy model and testability model of each subsystem of diesel engine are established to qualitatively analyze the relationship between diesel engine abnormal monitoring parameters and diesel engine fault,so as to make a decision on the maintenance goal of diesel engine.In order to improve the accuracy of diesel engine maintenance decision-making,the key factor of diesel engine maintenance decision-making-spare parts is introduced,the process of diesel engine maintenance and spare parts management is dynamically analyzed,then the diesel engine maintenance decision-making scheme based on spare parts management is formulated,and the scheme is optimized with the objective of minimizing the average cost rate of joint decision-making.Then,the structural models of diesel engine parts system and diesel engine in practical work are established,and the opportunistic maintenance decision scheme of single equipment and multi equipment opportunistic maintenance scheme in series and parallel are designed.Finally,the expert knowledge base of diesel engine maintenance decision-making is designed based on diesel engine fault analytic hierarchy process,testability analysis and maintainability analysis;On this basis,a human-computer interaction software for diesel engine decision support is designed based on LabVIEW2014 platform.The software integrates the diesel engine maintenance decision expert knowledge base,which can not only complete the monitoring parameter collection and abnormal parameter alarm,but also realize the real-time fault diagnosis and decision support of diesel engine.The fault simulation experiment is designed by using 8V396 diesel engine fault diagnosis test-bed to verify functionality of the software. |
