The rapid development of society,push forward the process of urbanization,then culture construction also gradually ushered in the climax,with characteristic of historical and cultural city park is the important carrier of urban history and culture display,through the research for the historical and cultural features of urban park design can arouse people’s cultural self-confidence and regional identity,and for the continuation of city memory,The inheritance of urban culture and urban development play a vital role.History and culture are the politics,economy,culture,life and religion in different periods of urban construction and development,and are the soul of a city.In reality,the existing parks do not retain and excavate enough history and culture,and the green space for urban leisure activities is squeezed.Therefore,it is an important task to construct harmonious and healthy public green space with regional historical and cultural deposits.The construction of historical and cultural park takes the city with a long history as the carrier,transforms the historical and cultural elements into landscape elements through design,combines culture with natural landscape,and makes the history and culture contained in the urban park landscape,improves the cultural deposits and connotations of the city and guides the healthy and sustainable development of the city.This paper takes Zhongchun Garden in Dingzhou city as the research object,analyzes the current situation of research on historical and cultural parks at home and abroad,and summarizes relevant concepts.In Seoul,South Korea,the historical and cultural park,Roosevelt memorial park,east gate of kaifeng qingming shanghe garden,xi’an datang furong garden,hangzhou west lake and other domestic and foreign outstanding historical and cultural landscape design case study analysis,summarizes the historical and cultural park design principles,the origins of cultural,historical and cultural park design method of expression.In the related research,under the premise of data collected,in view of the general situation of the regional dingzhou profile,history and culture and the location of the spring park site conditions,the current situation of the field and surrounding the SWOT analysis,finally sums up the venue from various angles of advantages and disadvantages,etc.,through the design means,puts forward the strategies in the project practice.Based on the previous research and analysis,this paper takes the historical and cultural characteristics of Dingzhou as the theme,promotes and continues the history and culture of Dingzhou as the goal,and creates a public green space integrating regional culture and leisure and entertainment under the premise of respecting the current situation of all Spring Gardens.In fully total respect for the status quo,the surroundings and people demand under the premise of reasonable planning and layout,will the spring park planning as "one axis and two with three groups" dominated combined with current situation and demand planning and design of seven major functional areas,respectively is:entrance distributing area,the vitality of cultural environment,youth activity area,water area,the spring park total area,pastoral scenery area.The project excavates and extracts the history and culture of Dingzhou,folk customs and folklore,adopts the expression methods of intuitive display,metaphor and symbol,abstract expression,artistic conception setting off and interactive participation,and concretely expresses it in the design of the Spring Garden,so as to effectively spread and promote the history and culture.Finally,through the vertical,water revetment,plant planting,road square paving and infrastructure and other special planning and design,improve the design scheme.This paper takes the design of zhongchun Garden in Dingzhou city as an example,combines theory with practice,and shows the methods and results of regional historical culture design expression,hoping to play a certain reference to the design of other urban parks featuring history and culture.
