Cruise swimming pool,as a place for fitness,entertainment and leisure,is common in all kinds of advanced cruise ships.But the quality of the water in the cruise pool is directly related to the health of the swimmers.At present,the urea content in cruise pool water often exceeds the standard,so it is imperative to choose a green,clean and efficient way to remove urea in cruise pool water.This study adopts three-dimensional electrode degradation of urea,cruise in pool water for different plate,particle electrode,Yin and Yang to carry on the comparison,investigate the effect of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional electrode electrode,optimization of three dimensional electrode degradation of urea process conditions,explore the three-dimensional electrode degradation mechanism of urea,makes every effort to realize the innocent treatment of urea,guarantee the swimmer’s body health.In this paper,The capacity of hydrogen peroxide production and urea degradation of ruthenium-iridium titanium plate,titanium plate and graphite plate were investigated respectively,and ruthenium-iridium titanium plate was finally selected as the anode plate.The capacity of hydrogen peroxide production and urea degradation of titanium plate,nickel foam plate and graphite plate as cathode plate were investigated respectively,and titanium plate was finally selected as cathode plate.Three kinds of materials including iron carrying activated carbon,manganese carrying activated carbon and ordinary activated carbon were respectively explored as particle electrode,and iron carrying activated carbon was finally selected as particle electrode.In this paper,The effects of initial urea concentration,electrolyte concentration,voltage value,plate spacing and pH value on the two-dimensional electrode were investigated to optimize the reaction conditions.The orthogonal test of urea degradation by two-dimensional electrode was carried out to explore the proportion of factors affecting urea degradation by twodimensional electrode.The effects of initial urea concentration,electrolyte concentration,voltage value,plate spacing and pH value on 3d electrode were investigated to optimize the reaction conditions.Orthogonal test of urea degradation by three-dimensional electrode was carried out to explore the proportion of influence of various factors on urea degradation by three-dimensional electrode.In the three-dimensional electrode method,the initial concentration is 10mg/L,the dosage of sodium chloride is 400mg/L,the pH=7.2,the aeration rate is 0.1m3/h,the distance between the plates is 2cm,the voltage value is 20 V,and the particle electrode When the dosage is 10g/L,the removal rate of urea is 89.02%.In this paper,The cathode-yang plate and particle electrode before and after the reaction were studied and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis technology.Hydroxyl radical masking test and aeration contrast test were used to explore the effective components of urea degradation by three-dimensional electrode method.Finally,by detecting the changes of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,chloramine and pH value before and after the reaction,the reaction process of urea degradation by threedimensional electrode method was determined. |
