With the rapid development of a large number of high-tech,the processing and manufacturing workshops are transforming and upgrading towards automation,digitization and intelligence.At present,most processing and manufacturing workshops still have problems such as production information island and slow response of control system,and the important production information data in the workshop are not completely transparent in real time.And there are always difficulties in interactive integration of physical world and information world in intelligent manufacturing.Digital twin is characterized by the real-time connection between the physical world and the information world.The application of digital twin technology in processing and manufacturing workshop can effectively promote the development of automation,digitization and intelligence in processing and manufacturing workshop.In this paper,the following research is carried out on the digital twin system of flexible machining workshop:Firstly,the research status of digital twinning technology and AGV scheduling is reviewed.By analyzing the structure of physical machining workshop and the function modules of digital twin system,the design goals and standards of digital twin system in flexible machining workshop are established,and the overall framework of digital twin system in flexible machining unit is constructed.Secondly,taking the machining unit in the flexible machining workshop as an example,machining unit experimental platform is constructed by combining the five-dimensional model of digital twinning.The physical entity of twin system is constructed by building physical experiment platform of machining unit;and the service function is realized in the virtual scene of the processing unit;the behavior model in virtual scene is constructed by Petri net and the behavior model driving method is realized.The data acquisition method of processing unit digital twin system is constructed by combining machine vision and Arduino.The information channels of physical world and virtual world are built by RabbitMQ message middleware,and the synchronous acquisition method is constructed.An example is given to verify the feasibility of the experimental platform.Thirdly,in order to realize the virtual-real fusion and reverse control of digital twin system,the dynamic scheduling system of Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)for digital twin is studied.Through the real-time twin data of the digital twin system,the AGV dynamic scheduling model and the task dynamic priority calculation method are constructed.The improved A*algorithm is used to plan the path of AGV,and according to the conflicts and collisions that will occur during the real-time operation of AGV,the AGV dynamic obstacle avoidance strategies are designed in the AGV dynamic scheduling module based on digital twins.Finally,digital twin system of flexible machining workshop is developed,the digital model of each operation equipment in the machining workshop is established,and the whole process simulation of the production planning operation is completed.Through the simulation data,the production plan can be improved twice and the quantity allocation of production resources in the workshop can be optimized.
