| With the rapid development of modern society,people need higher and higher requirements for the use function of buildings.Among them,waterproof function has become one of the important use functions of buildings,and its quality can directly affect the use function of buildings.On the one hand,the waterproof function of buildings or structures mainly depends on materials with waterproof function,and the quality of waterproof materials directly affects the waterproof quality of the whole building or structure.On the other hand,the construction quality of waterproof works is another major factor for leakage of buildings or structures.The purpose of Total Quality Management(TQM for short)can perfectly combine the materials of waterproof engineering with the construction,which can ensure the waterproof performance of buildings or structures to the greatest extent.The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Through several building projects with leakage,describe the leakage phenomenon of building or structure roof project,basement project and exterior window project,and explore the causes of leakage in these three parts from waterproof materials,design,construction and management.In view of these reasons,combined with TQM theory,PDCA in TQM theory is applied to building waterproof engineering to ensure the waterproof quality of materials and waterproof construction quality.(2)Based on roof engineering classification,basic structure,waterproof grade,fortification requirements and existing roof waterproof construction technology,this paper puts forward anti leakage measures for roof engineering based on TQM,and takes measures to improve the common quality problems of roof engineering.In view of the roof leakage of the actual project,by analyzing the causes of the leakage,the construction scheme and water storage test of the roof waterproof project are refined based on TQM theory,a self waterproof material that can meet the actual environment and special requirements of the site is proposed,and the roof waterproof material with strong adaptability and good durability is selected as the key technical measures for roof leakage prevention in combination with the construction technology,So as to form effective roof leakage prevention measures for actual projects.(3)According to the existing waterproof construction technology of underground engineering,this paper puts forward the anti leakage measures of underground engineering based on TQM,and improves the construction assurance measures of underground engineering based on TQM theory from four aspects of construction plan,capital,management and technology.The chemical grouting of various admixtures,waterproof agents and polymer lotion is used to improve the traditional plastering and plugging method,and the above management measures are taken.Combined with the application analysis of corresponding residential projects,the practice proves that the improved waterproof construction technology based on TQM theory can effectively solve the leakage problem of micro pores and cracks in the basement,and has achieved good economic benefits.(4)In view of the traditional exterior wall leakage prevention technology,it is generally adopted to simply fill the foamed rubber or use the hard waterproof mortar to seal the gap to achieve the seepage prevention effect.This technology is easy to install the secondary frame on the structural plane when the secondary frame is between the secondary frame and the structural plane.A combined leakage prevention technology based on TQM,which has no secondary frame and tongue and groove,and adds a waterproof coating layer,is proposed to improve the leakage prevention effect of the door and window edges,Through the actual engineering application and analysis,the improved anti leakage technology can effectively solve the leakage problem caused by the main frame of the door and window pressed by the veneer and the hollowing cracks caused by the thick veneer,thus forming the roof anti leakage measures of the actual project.In this paper,TQM theory is applied to the waterproof construction of buildings or structures,which can effectively improve the waterproof effect of waterproof projects,and can provide some reference for the leakage problem of building projects. |
