| MCR(Magnetically Controlled Reactor)is a reactive power compensation device in power system.In recent years,it has been widely studied and applied because it has better performance than traditional compensation devices.In order to deeply study the working characteristics of MCR.Firstly,the magnetic circuit model of magnetic control reactor is built to verify its current characteristics.Then,according to the different complexity of the magnetic circuit model.The thesis builds finite element simulation model and Matlab/Simulink simulation model,and give modeling suggestions according to different research needs.The modeling process is mainly studied from the following aspects:Firstly,the thesis analyzes the working principle of MCR,explains five different working states of the equipment,and obtains the equivalent physical model of MCR based on the derivation of electromagnetic equation.The concept of magnetic circuit is introduced,and the equivalent magnetic circuit form of MCR magnetic valve is deduced.Four different magnetic circuit topology models of MCR are proposed.The current characteristics of four magnetic circuit models with different complexity are verified through simulation analysis,and the current simulation and magnetic field distribution of MCR under different DC magnetic bias are completed.The modeling methods and complexity of four different magnetic circuit topologies are analyzed and compared,the adaptability of different magnetic circuit topologies is analyzed,and a magnetic circuit model with modeling complexity and good current calculation effect is given,which provides theoretical guidance for the design and engineering calculation of MCR.Compare and analyze the modeling methods of magnetic circuit model,finite element simulation model and Matlab/Simulink simulation model based on MCR,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different MCR modeling methods,analyze the adaptability of MCR model through comparative modeling and research,and get that different modeling methods are applicable in different application stages of MCR.The three modeling methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,which should be selected and applied according to the actual engineering situation.The magnetization curve,which is an important factor in the modeling process,is tested experimentally,and the magnetization curve fitting function meeting the sufficient accuracy of the magnetic circuit model is obtained through analysis.Finally,the MCR prototype is verified by experiments to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the magnetic circuit simulation model established in this thesis. |
