With the popularization of research,development and application of intelligent system in China,various industries and fields have developed at a high speed.In the development of building intelligence,the development of building intelligence not only improves the living cost of the people,but also promotes the development of China’s construction industry.The universality of its application is the inevitability of the future development trend.Although the level of intelligent building construction has been improved at present,there are still undeniable problems in the economic dimension of cost.It is still a very important step to do a good job in the cost management of intelligent building projects.The application of the whole process cost management mode in the building intelligent project can have obvious advantages,that is,focusing on the application of the whole process cost management mode in the building intelligent project.This paper takes the H intelligent project as the background.Firstly,starting with the project background and management status of the project,combined with the field investigation of the project and the interview records of the main participants,Summarize the main problems existing in each stage of the project cost management.Respectively,the brand grade positioning in the decision-making stage is not clear enough,and the unilateral cost index is too general;At the design stage,the quota design is not detailed enough,the design depth is not enough,and the design model is old;The bidding stage mainly includes unreasonable division of project composition in the control price,missing items in the preparation of the control price,and no provisional sum;In the construction stage,the information exchange of all participants is not timely,the organizational structure is not perfect,and the signature of design change is not timely;In the settlement stage,the settlement system is not implemented in place,the settlement data are not complete,and the professional level of the cost personnel of the whole process consulting company is low。Then it puts forward corresponding improvement measures for each problem.For the problem that the brand grade positioning is not clear and there is no clear unilateral cost index,an intelligent system brand library is established to narrow the unilateral cost index range of building intelligent projects and refine the brand grade;For the problems of insufficient depth of quota design and insufficient refinement of target decomposition,WBS method is adopted to re decompose the quota design work,refine the design work of intelligent project according to subsystems,and introduce system integrators to cooperate with the design;Sort out the project composition in the bidding stage,re divide the cost composition of the bid section,improve the missing list items and reserve the provisional sum;In the construction process and settlement stage,improve the organizational structure in terms of organization and management,supplement the management post of weak current cost engineer,organize the professional knowledge training of intelligent projects,and improve the required threshold for the resident personnel of the cost consulting company;Technically,based on the problems of delayed information exchange among all participants,delayed signing of design changes,inadequate implementation of process settlement and incomplete settlement data,a blockchain based cost management system in the construction and settlement stage is constructed according to the organizational structure,management mode and project requirements of H intelligent project.As an emerging technology,blockchain is still in the initial exploration stage in various fields,and has less application in the construction industry.Through the research on intelligent project cost management under blockchain technology,this paper hopes to provide new ideas and reference for the cost management of digital cost and intelligent project in China.
