Abstract/Summary:
During large-scale sports events,the passenger flow characteristics of the bus lines around the venues have changed.The passenger flow of the event is superimposed with the daily passenger flow.The passenger flow of the bus stops has a short-term aggregation phenomenon during the closing stage.Insufficient,the bus line timetable needs to be further adjusted and optimized.Aiming at the key elements such as departure frequency,vehicle configuration and departure time,this paper focuses on the optimization method of bus route schedule considering the needs of sports events.The main research contents and research results are as follows:(1)On the basis of expounding the basic concepts,compilation principles,influencing factors and compilation methods of the bus timetable,analyze the departure interval,departure frequency,departure time,vehicle configuration and other elements of the bus timetable,and discuss the bus travel needs of spectators at the end of the event.,to study the changes in the passenger flow characteristics of bus routes around the venues during sports events,and to propose the compilation process of bus route timetables.(2)Taking the minimum operating cost and passenger travel cost as the optimization goal,considering constraints such as vehicle configuration,departure interval,passenger demand,vehicle full load rate,departure frequency,etc.,build a coordinated optimization model for departure frequency and vehicle configuration,and design an enumeration method.It is solved with the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-II),and the real number coding method is used to obtain the Pareto optimal set of the departure frequency and vehicle configuration scheme,and find different service levels in the Pareto optimal set according to the actual needs.The best solution at the level.(3)Quantify passengers’ perception of bus service as passenger waiting perception and passenger on-board perception,take the minimum perceived cost of passengers as the optimization goal,and consider the departure interval,vehicle full load rate,etc.based on passengers’ arrival regularity.Constraints,build a bus line departure time optimization model,and propose a model solving algorithm based on the cultural gene framework.The global search uses a genetic algorithm with an elite strategy,and a local search for the elite solution is performed to further improve the efficiency of the algorithm.(4)Taking the bus line A around the venue during a sports event in X City as an example,the timetable optimization method proposed in this paper is applied to calculate the coordinated optimization scheme of departure frequency and vehicle configuration.Compared with the single-vehicle scheme,the multi-vehicle scheme has a The operating cost decreased by 10.9%,and the total cost decreased by 3.1%.Based on the above optimization plan,the optimized plan for the departure time was calculated.The optimized plan reduces the passenger waiting perception cost by 20.6% and the onboard perception cost by 14.2%.The average full load rate of the line remains unchanged.At a relatively stable level,it shows that the optimization scheme is more in line with the travel needs of ordinary passengers and event spectators,which effectively verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the model and algorithm in this paper.48 figures,36 tables,and 82 references.
