With the development and maturity of the new retail concept,the new retail model of warehouse store integration has gradually entered the public’s vision.Because of its rich consumption scenes and diverse service modes,it has become the first choice for many fresh e-commerce enterprises to carry out offline retail layouts.The application of warehouse store integration model can not only meet the diversified and personalized consumption needs of consumers,but also promote the development and reform of retail formats.However,due to the late emergence of this model and the lack of relevant research and practice,there are still some problems in practical application,such as unreasonable facility layout and insufficient attention to customer behavior.Therefore,based on customer behavior choice,this paper studies the location and path optimization of leading warehouse under the mode of warehouse store integration.Firstly,this paper discriminates the characteristics of the concepts of new retail and traditional retail from many angles,summarizes the four common modes of fresh new retail,a representative new retail format,focuses on the warehouse store integration mode in fresh new retail from two aspects: warehouse distribution process and customer type,and determines the research direction of this paper according to the analysis results.Then,according to the actual application scenario,the two-level network structure under the warehouse store integration mode is abstracted.Considering the behavior characteristics of different types of customers,a location path model with the minimum total cost as the decision-making goal is constructed,and a two-stage genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example,and the sensitivity analysis of key parameters is carried out to put forward management suggestions for enterprises.The results of the example show that the construction cost of the front warehouse accounts for the largest proportion in all costs,and the reasonable location of the enterprise is very important to reduce the total cost;Reducing the distribution rate can effectively reduce the distribution cost,and the change of the farthest distribution distance has a complex impact on the network.It is suggested that enterprises should be cautious in making relevant decisions;The constraint of the farthest self lifting distance has a great impact on the self lifting cost.With the gradual increase of the farthest self lifting distance acceptable to customers,the corresponding self lifting cost will gradually decrease and then tend to be stable.The enterprise can determine the target self lifting customer distance range according to the impact of the farthest self lifting distance on the cost;In addition,when the stock out rate of the current warehouse is low,only one backup front warehouse needs to be set to meet the purchase needs of most customers who buy in the store.Enterprises can consider making rational use of the built front warehouse to make the same front warehouse play the role of the preferred front warehouse and the backup front warehouse at the same time.There are 26 figures,8 tables and 58 references in this paper.
