| The community e-commerce mode moved the warehouse forward from the outer suburb of the city to become the closest logistics node to consumers."Shared warehouse-central warehouse-distribution network-demand point" mode is gradually popular in the e-commerce industry.D e-commerce,as the leading business in the community e-commerce industry,has a rapid market expansion.However,with the decline of users’ demand for fresh food in the later stage of the epidemic,and more and more e-commerce platforms enter the community e-commerce business,the competition in the industry intensifies,and users’ requirements for product quality and punctuality of distribution become higher and higher.At present,the existing logistics distribution system of "central warehouse-distribution network-demand point" of D e-commerce has exposed defects in the competitive environment.The problems of high cost,low punctuality and low customer satisfaction in the distribution process affect the long-term development of the enterprise.In order to solve the above problems,based on the current business situation of D e-commerce community,this paper provides a reasonable site selection and vehicle routing scheme for enterprises by establishing a mathematical model and solving it.The specific approach is to first introduce the current business situation of D e-commerce community and summarize the problems existing in the distribution system.Then,according to the characteristics of distribution network location and routing problem in this paper,a bi-level programming model is established.On this basis,considering the uncertainty in the distribution environment,a robust optimization model is established.Then,a hybrid algorithm based on GA-PSO is designed to solve the model.Finally,the basic data of Changsha are substituted into the model to obtain the best location and vehicle routing scheme.The effect of this scheme is analyzed from three aspects:distribution cost,distribution punctuality and customer satisfaction.It is found that the optimized distribution cost is reduced,and the distribution punctuality and customer satisfaction are improved to a certain extent.At the same time,The effectiveness and rationality of the model are further verified through the analysis of robust rationality and sensitivity,so as to provide more decision-making reference for D e-commerce and reduce its decision-making risk.This paper contains 29 graphs,22 charts and 52 references. |
