Electrification is the core of carbon neutrality,and low-carbon electricity is the core of electrification.Under the background of the electrification of the fuel industry and the low carbonization of the power industry,transportation has become the main battlefield of electrification.Technology companies are surging,and new energy vehicles are madly entering the market.problems occur frequently.While the output requirements of charging piles are increasing,it is also extremely important to ensure that the charging piles have qualified quality control.At present,the interface testing of charging piles before leaving the factory is still mainly manual,with low efficiency,large errors and the risk of high-voltage detection.Therefore,by analyzing the functional requirements of charging pile interface testing,this paper designs an autonomous interactive system for charging pile interface testing based on visual analysis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The charging pile interface acquisition and 3D reconstruction module.Considering the different working environments of the assembly line and integrated equipment,this paper studies the principle of camera image acquisition and triangulation.For integrated equipment,a pixel error compensation method is designed for 3D reconstruction,and it is analyzed and compared with the binocular vision method to solve the problem of close-range depth information.Missing question.(2)The charging pile interface identification and perception module.Aiming at the analysis of the collected images,data preprocessing improves the image quality,and the segmentation text detection algorithm and the image text recognition algorithm are studied.Experiments show that the network in the module can greatly reduce the labeling cost while ensuring the accuracy.(3)Interactive manipulator interface switching module.Multi-coordinate system switching is studied and tested,and sub-modules of incremental motion and delay processing are designed for integrated equipment,which solves the problems of poor stability and incoherence of robotic arm motion.(4)The paper establishes an autonomous interactive system for charging pile interface testing.The system completes all aspects of the charging pile interface test,from the camera acquisition to the robotic arm clicking the target point to complete the interface switching.This paper also establishes a charging pile interface dataset.Experiments show that the system performs well in the actual operating environment of charging pile interface test and has strong versatility.There are 36 pictures,11 tables,41 references.
