| Underground space is an important part of urban space and the vertical extension of urban development.In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,it has brought a series of problems,such as crowded living space,traffic congestion,environmental degradation,disorderly spread of land and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to guide the city to develop and utilize underground space resources scientifically,reasonably and orderly.Baotou is a severe cold area and also a cold city.The winter of a cold city brings great inconvenience to people’s travel and life.Restricted by its own climate factors,it is usually manifested in the long winter,low temperature and not suitable for staying outdoors.Compared with the above ground space,the underground space has the characteristics of constant temperature and moisture.The underground space of Baotou city is mainly composed of underground commercial space,underground parking lot,underground civil air defense project and underground municipal comprehensive pipe gallery.At present,there is no subway and other rail transit,of which the underground commercial part accounts for a large proportion.The research object of this thesis is the underground commercial space in the central area of Baotou.Taking Baotou underground commercial space as the research object,this study uses the methods of on-site investigation,literature research,multidisciplinary comprehensive analysis and spatial syntax analysis to clarify the problems existing in the design of underground commercial space in this area,analyze the problem differences of underground commercial space under different types of spatial structure,and put forward the optimization design scheme on the spatial structure,spatial layout and spatial environment of underground commerce.Hope to provide some practical reference for the design of underground commercial space in Baotou city.According to the plane form,the underground commercial space in Baotou city is divided into three spatial structure types: linear space,ring space and network space,and then six typical examples are selected for specific design analysis according to the factors such as the location of the business district,the distribution of business forms and the spatial form.At the same time,this thesis analyzes the current situation of underground commercial space design from three aspects: spatial layout,spatial structure and spatial environment,and obtains the main problems of various underground commercial space design.The results show that in terms of spatial structure,linear spatial structure has better spatial performance in spatial accessibility and identifiability,followed by network spatial structure and ring spatial structure.In terms of spatial layout,linear space is relatively simple and clear,but lacks a sense of hierarchy,network space is relatively balanced but has a poor sense of direction,and ring space has good return.In terms of space environment,the overall satisfaction of relative humidity in acoustic environment and thermal environment is lower than that of temperature in light environment and thermal environment.In view of the current problems,in order to meet the basic needs of users and improve the comfort of space environment,it is proposed that the optimization of underground commercial space should follow the design principles of human text,safety and health,and optimize the design from the aspects of space accessibility,intelligibility,format distribution,space layout and acoustic environment. |
