| Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is an intelligent high-speed railway connecting Zhangjiakou and Beijing,which has many long ramps,long tunnels,large temperature difference and complex operating conditions.The traction motor is an integral part of the traction drive system of high-speed EMU,and the temperature rise is an important factor to evaluate the operation ability of the motor.Therefore,the evaluation of the operation ability of the traction motor of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou highspeed railway EMU can provide a post-verification function for the evaluation of the operation ability of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway,and provide data support and effective guarantee for the next fault diagnosis,safe operation and maintenance and future high-speed railway design.The main work of this paper is as follows :Firstly,based on the parameters of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway traction motor,the traction motor model is built by MATLAB / Simulink,and the motor vector control is completed.The operation platform is built for motor operation capability evaluation.Secondly,the traction calculation is carried out based on the vehicle data and line conditions of Beijing-Zhangzhou high-speed railway,and the single particle model of EMU is constructed.The analysis and solution of EMU operation model are completed,and the traction demand of EMU is analyzed.Combined with the actual operation ability of EMU,two different operation strategies are used for traction calculation,which realizes the extraction of traction load of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway line and provides data for motor operation ability evaluation model.Thirdly,the heat transfer process inside the motor is analyzed,the ANSYS finite element motor model is established,and the heat source calculation under the rated condition is completed.The equivalent thermal network model of the motor was established and the temperature rise simulation of each part of the motor under rated working conditions was completed.The experimental data of traction motor temperature rise under rated conditions and the simulation data of thermal network method are compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the thermal network model.Finally,the analysis of motor heating during EMU operation is completed.Based on the motor model,equivalent load model and thermal network model,the evaluation model of traction motor operation ability of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is constructed.The temperature change of EMU motor under different working conditions and different ambient temperatures is simulated.The influence of long ramp and extreme weather on the temperature rise of motor is analyzed.The simulation interface of traction motor operation ability evaluation of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway is designed by App Designer in MATLAB,and the data interaction with Simulink simulation model is realized.103 pictures,11 tables and 57 references. |
