The wide application of automation and artificial intelligence technology has changed the way of human-machine collaborative operation of complex systems such as lunar rover, and has also changed the skill needs of operators,so it is necessary to conduct research on the skill needs and impacts of human-automation system collaborative missions, and provide theoretical guidance for the design, personnel selection and skills training of human-automation system collaborative operators. In this paper, the concept and measurement model of skill needs in human-automation system collaborative missions are constructed, the skill needs of astronauts in the collaborative missions of lunar rover system are analyzed, and the impact of skill needs is explored through human factor experiments. The main work of the thesis are as follows:(1)The concept and measurement model of skill needs of human-automation system collaborative missions were constructed. This paper analyzed the characteristic attributes of collaborative missions of human-automation system, proposed a conceptual model of skill needs based on the basic experimental paradigm, analyzed and abstracted 13 basic experimental paradigms that reflect the collaborative missions of human-automation system, analyzed the resource requirements and cognitive structures of each basic experimental paradigm, and constructed a skill needs measurement model based on resource occupancy and cognitive network density and degree structure entropy.(2)The verification of the skill needs measurement model of the collaborative missions of the human-automation system was carried out.Human factor experiments were designed and carried out,and the relationship with the above basic experimental paradigm model measures and the performance results such as average response time and accuracy rate,as well as the average amplitude and total amplitude of EEG,were analyzed. The correctness and effectiveness of the skill needs measurement model were verified.(3)Completed the skill needs analysis of the lunar rover collaborative mission under different automation levels.Based on the collaborative mission skill needs model, the collaborative missions of the lunar rover system under different automation levels were analyzed, the behavior and cognitive needs of astronauts in the lunar rover driving task were clarified, and the skill need combination scheme based on the basic experimental paradigm of the lunar rover driving task under different automation levels was obtained, and the skill need level of each combination scheme was calculated.(4)Experimental research on the impact of skill needs on the collaborative missions of the lunar rover system was carried out.By selecting participants with similar skill levels and taking the lunar rover driving task with different skill needs as the research object, the human factors experimental research was carried out,and the correlation between the skill needs and the total task completion time, subjective load and collaborative task network topology parameters were discussed. The results showed that the higher the skill need for the collaborative mission, the greater the network density reflecting the network topology parameters, the smaller the entropy of the degree structure, and the longer the total completion time of the participants to complete the task, the higher the subjective load.Based on the above research results, this paper also discusses the ways and methods of selecting and training skills of human-automation systems collaborative missions. The concept and measurement model of skill needs of human-automation system collaborative missions proposed in this paper provide a theoretical basis for selecting and training operators who match the functions provided by the automation system, which is of great significance for predicting the performance of human-automation system collaborative operation from the perspective of personnel skills.
