The Study On Public Space Optimization Design Of Xi’an City Edge Village For Leisure Tourism Under Space Syntax

In recent years,with the development of new urbanization and the rural revitalization strategy,the urban villages in the urban fringe are first facing the problem of renewal and reform.Scholars have also turned from the traditional villages with a few characteristic resources to the ubiquitous urban villages.However,the perspective of domestic scholars is more on the southeast coastal cities in the forefront of urbanization development,and less on the western cities.This study takes xi ’an city edge village as the research object,summarizes the problems and advanced experience of the development of city edge village at home and abroad,and on the basis of the classification of xi ’an city edge village,studies the optimization design of the public space of xi ’an leisure tourism type city edge village.Specifically,through the combination of "current situation problem + crowd space demand + space syntactic quantitative analysis",the paper carries out activation research on the travel path and spatial optimization direction of the public space in the leisure tourism type city edge village.The main content of this study is divided into four parts.The first part is to summarize the foreign theories of urban and rural development and the practice mode of urban villages at home and abroad,and to find the advanced experience suitable for the development of leisure tourism in xi ’an city edge villages.Secondly,according to the overall situation of xi ’an city edge village,combined with the practice mode of city edge village,the city edge village of Xi ’an city is classified,based on this type of xi ’an leisure tourism type of city edge village,its development status is summarized.Then,the existing excellent cases at home and abroad are used for reference and experience summary.Finally,the optimization design of public space of the specific village of leisure tourism type city edge village is studied and the optimization strategy of the universality of leisure tourism type city edge village is proposed.In the research,space syntax is used as a technical research method.The first part is the study of the relevant theories and the practical model of the construction of urban villages.Abroad at first,this paper summarizes the theory about urban and rural development,according to the urbanization progress of related theory can be divided into three stages: the urban and rural areas,leading stage of urbanization and urban and rural coordination phase separation,mainly analyzes the period of urban and rural coordination of related theory,through the theoretical research,to gain in the new perspective of urbanization construction mode of xi ’an village edge.Secondly,the author summarizes the practice model of the development of leisure tourism type city edge village at home and abroad,providing experience for the development of xi ’an leisure tourism type city edge village.Then,the author focuses on analyzing the theory of space syntax and the principle of syntax model,which provides sufficient theoretical basis and guidance for the space analysis using Depthmap.The second part is the general characteristics and classification of xi ’an city edge villages.First of all,the overall characteristics of xi ’an city edge villages are analyzed and summarized,and the development status of xi ’an city edge villages is studied from the aspects of location and distribution characteristics,population and social characteristics,spatial special land use and industrial characteristics.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the present situation of distribution and spatial composition of the edge villages in Xi ’an city,the paper classifies the edge villages in Xi ’an city in combination with the development model of leisure and tourism type of the edge villages in China.The urban villages in Xi ’an city are divided into eight types:agricultural village,industrial park village,science park village,logistics park village,higher education village,leisure tourism village,cultural tourism village and urban village community.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes the current development and characteristics of xi ’an city edge village for leisure tourism.The third part is the case study and experience reference of leisure tourism type city edge village at home and abroad.In this study,the Fresno Agricultural Tourism Area in the United States and Toita Farm in Japan were selected to analyze and summarize their development models from the perspectives of regional coordinated development and diversified rural development respectively,so as to consider the possibility of xi ’an’s development model of leisure and tourism edge villages.At the same time,selected domestic specific planning and design cases,the rural interior public space,rural periphery recreation space design case analysis.By analyzing the design concepts and methods of node space,street space and field space in excellent cases,excellent design methods and ideas are provided for the study of public space of this type of city edge village.The fourth part is the study on the optimization design strategy and application of the public space of xi ’an leisure tourism type city edge village.Taking Qingshuitou Village as the specific research carrier,on the one hand,it studies the basic situation of public space in Qingshuitou Village,the spatial needs of all kinds of people,as well as the current situation and problems of tourism development.On the other hand,it uses Depthmap to analyze all kinds of public space,and extracts the problems of spatial structure and available development resources.It serves as the foundation support for the public space optimization design strategy of leisure tourism type city edge villages in Xi ’an.Finally,through the specific spatial optimization method of the public space of Qingshuitou village,the optimization design strategy of xi ’an leisure tourism type city edge village public space is put forward.
