In the context of the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental crisis,wind energy as a clean energy has broad prospects for development.However,wind turbine towers are used as the support system of wind turbines,and wind turbine collapse accidents caused by tower damage frequently occur.The main reasons for tower damage are unqualified installation and fatigue damage caused by long-term wind load.The initial damage usually manifests as tower tilt.Therefore,it is of great significance to measure the inclination of the wind turbine tower and grasp the status of the wind turbine in time to ensure the safe operation of the wind turbine.The traditional method uses a total station or a three-dimensional laser scanner to measure the inclination,and the equipment is expensive and has high requirements on the technical level of the inspector.Based on machine vision detection technology,this thesis designs a wind turbine tower inclination measurement system with lower equipment cost under the premise of ensuring measurement accuracy.The thesis firstly analyzes the measurement requirements of wind turbine tower inclination,combined with machine vision detection technology,designs a wind turbine tower inclination measurement scheme including tower edge line extraction,laser light strip centerline extraction,three-dimensional reconstruction and inclination calculation,selected the industrial camera,lens,line laser,laser level,and laser rangefinder in the hardware system,built the hardware system platform,and designed the software system process.Then,the existing edge extraction algorithms are analyzed,and the edge detection results of Prewitt operator,Canny operator and Kirsch operator are compared according to the specific requirements of wind turbine tower edge line extraction,and it is proved that the most complete tower edge line can be obtained by using Kirsch operator,select Kirsch operator combined with Hough transform to design the edge line extraction algorithm of wind turbine tower;analyze the existing laser light strip centerline extraction algorithm,prove the morphological skeleton method based on the geometric center of the light strip and the gray center of gravity based on the energy center of the light strip The center of the laser light strip can be extracted by the method,and the influence factors such as the requirements of the measurement system and the light intensity of the wind farm are integrated.Finally,based on the extraction results of the edge line of the wind turbine tower and the extraction results of the center line of the laser light strip,the tower is reconstructed in three-dimensional,and the three-dimensional reconstruction model is used to calculate the offset and inclination of the tower,and the inclination of the wind turbine tower is evaluated.And repeated experiments to verify the feasibility of the detection scheme.The results show that the edge line of the wind turbine tower and the center line of the laser light strip extracted by the algorithm designed in this thesis meet the system detection requirements,and the three-dimensional reconstruction results can visually display the shape of the wind turbine tower and calculate the tower offset and inclination.The wind turbine tower inclination measurement system has high accuracy and achieved the expected goal.
