| The air spring is a vibration damping and anti-vibration device that uses the compressibility of air to mitigate vibration and shock.At present,in industrialized countries,air springs have been widely used.Since 1965 in my country,air springs have been applied to subway electric buses in large quantities.Due to the incomparable advantages of steel springs,air springs have been widely used in many scientific research departments and industrial departments.This article introduces the different types of air springs and understands the differences between them.Then the vertical stiffness characteristics and lateral stiffness characteristics of the rotary body type air spring are deduced through theoretical analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for the finite element simulation analysis of the static characteristics of the air spring.Due to the complex structure of the air spring,in order to obtain more accurate analysis results,it is necessary to consider various nonlinear problems of the air spring and the accurate simulation of the gas in the software.There are many factors that affect the stiffness characteristics of the air spring,such as the initial internal pressure,the total volume of the rubber airbag,etc.At the same time,the cord layer embedded in the air spring rubber airbag,because it is the main load-bearing component of the air spring,will also affect the air spring.The stiffness characteristics of the air spring have a direct effect.This paper takes the free-film air spring as the research object,and establishes the finite element model of the static and dynamic characteristics of the air spring through the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS.In the static characteristic analysis,the influence of the parameters of the rubber airbag cord and the internal initial pressure on the lateral stiffness and vertical stiffness characteristics of the air spring is analyzed;in the dynamic characteristic analysis,the initial air pressure and frequency of the airbag are analyzed and studied on the dynamic characteristics of the air spring.and draw the corresponding conclusions,which provide a theoretical reference for the design of the air spring vibration isolation system.Based on the structure and vibration isolation requirements of the typical ship power transmission system,the model of the air spring is reasonably selected,and the design of the vibration isolation scheme for the typical ship power transmission system is completed with the help of the air spring.The stiffness characteristics of the selected air spring are verified through the test and research,and it is verified that it meets the requirements,and the stability of the entire vibration isolation system is analyzed. |
