Urban complex is a large-scale composite structure integrating various architectural functions such as commerce,office and hotel.With the continuous development of China’s economy,such structures continue to emerge due to rich service formats and high space utilization,and gradually develop into the core node of regional and urban functions.Assessing its seismic resilience can provide a useful reference for improving the seismic performance of urban complexes and formulating post-earthquake disaster relief plans,and it is the key link of urban disaster prevention and reduction project construction.However,due to the huge volume,complex functional connection and the high coupling degree of internal systems,the process of function loss is not clear,and the existing assessment methods are not applicable.Therefore,this paper proposes a seismic resilience assessment method that can assess the multi-level function loss of urban complex,and this paper improves the existing calculation method of repair time by putting forward the urban complex repair strategy considering the limitation of site conditions.The specific contents of each chapter of the paper are as follows:(1)The first chapter summarizes the current research status of building function loss and seismic resilience assessment.Firstly,the mainstream seismic resilience assessment standards and guidelines are introduced and compared,and the characteristics,scope of application and application of each standard are pointed out.Then it systematically summarizes the function loss and function recovery assessment methods of building structures,and analyzes the innovation,limitations and applicability of various indicators and methods,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the function loss assessment method and function recovery assessment model of urban complex proposed in this paper.(2)The second chapter makes a qualitative analysis of the function loss process of urban complex,and establishes a multi-level function loss calculation model based on its "cascade" function loss characteristics.Based on the structural response analysis and component fragility analysis,the component damage state simulation method is proposed.On this basis,the method based on fault tree model and the weighting summation method based on function loss of component units are proposed to calculate the function loss of single-floor support system,and a multi-level function loss weighting calculation method is proposed to realize the level-by-level assessment of urban complex function loss.(3)The third chapter makes a qualitative analysis on the function recovery process of urban complex,and the calculation method of repair time suitable for urban complex is proposed,and then the function recovery assessment model is established.Firstly,the priority ranking method of each single repair work in the urban complex is proposed,and the allocation method of repair workers under the restriction of site conditions is proposed,so as to generate the repair strategy,simulate the actual repair process and calculate the repair time.Then,the linear recovery path is used to simulate the function recovery process of urban complex,and the function recovery assessment model is established combined with the function loss assessment results.(4)Based on the uncertainty of the resilience of urban complex under the determined ground motion intensity,the fourth chapter establishes the seismic resilience assessment process based on Monte Carlo simulation.Combined with repair cost and casualty assessment methods,the assessment of seismic resilience of urban complex including multiple indexes is realized.The fifth chapter verifies the feasibility of the method by assessing the seismic resilience of an urban complex under rare earthquake intensity,and provides a reference for improving the seismic resilience of the example urban complex. |
