Taking the rubber compensator for equipment system as the development background,this thesis carried out the relevant research from the main rubber material,skeleton material and life study according to the use performance characteristics and working principle of rubber compensator.The formulation to meet the requirements of the index was developed by adjusting the ratio of reinforcing agent,vulcanizing agent and other additives of the adhesive.The coating process was studied to optimize the adhesion performance of the aramid coated fabric.At the same time,considering the life time requirements of the equipment system,accelerated aging tests were conducted to verify the main adhesive material and aramid coated fabric.The proportion of reinforcing agent,vulcanizing agent and accelerator were adjusted to meet the index requirements of rubber compensator for rubber material.Main rubber was made of natural rubber and neoprene,five groups of formulations were designed for different ratios of various additives,and six tests including tensile strength and tear strength were carried out for five groups of different formulations of vulcanized rubber.Ultimately,it was concluded that natural rubber,neoprene,stearic acid,antioxidant 4010 NA,antioxidant,paraffin,semi-reinforced carbon black,precipitated silica,sulfur,accelerator,zinc oxide were 70 parts,30 parts,2 parts,1 part,1 part,1.5 parts,25 parts,15 parts,1 part,1.2 parts,5 parts,respectively.Additionally,the formulation of 2 parts of binder RS and 2parts of binder A after vulcanization will meet the index requirements,as well as optimize the process for the product manufacturing process and determine the best process parameters for each section.Three different grades of aramid cloth were selected for strength testing.The final grade F-2 aramid cloth was selected by analyzing the test results and taking into account the working pressure of the rubber compensator and the process operability of the production process.The adhesion properties of aramid coated fabrics were optimized by using three means: surface activation,surface impregnation,and modification of tackifying systems.The findings showed that the use of surface activation method was not suitable for rubber products with high requirements for strength.But to a certain extent,it improved the adhesion performance of aramid-coated fabrics.Superficial impregnation method could greatly improve the interfacial bond strength and lap strength between aramid/rubber.However,there were some limitations for batch production.Bonding system method could improve the interfacial bonding strength between aramid/rubber,among which acrylic resin(101 resin)was the most effective.Under the requirement of 10 years of life index of rubber compensator,accelerated aging test verification was carried out for the main rubber and rubber coated cloth,and the Arrhenius chart formula was used for the projection.Results showed that: Above were verified by accelerated aging test of rubber.It was projected that the adhesive life value was about 11.2 years,which met the 10-year requirement.Verified by accelerated aging test of adhesive coated fabric.It was projected that the rubber life value was about 12.2 years,satisfying the 10-year requirement.The final projection was that the compensator body met the 10-year requirement.
