Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the characteristics of high power density,simple structure,good overload performance and small torque ripple.It occupies a large proportion compared with other motors in modern driving applications(such as electric vehicles,servo drives,industrial processes,etc.).During the actual operation of the motor,the parameters such as flux linkage and DQ axis inductance change due to magnetic saturation.The uncertainty caused by these changes has a great impact on the control performance of the system;In addition,different temperatures or working conditions in the external environment will also reduce the stability of the drive system.Sliding mode control is widely used in permanent magnet synchronous motor system because of its strong robustness.The speed loop sliding mode controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor used a new approach law to solve the contradiction between system chattering and the reaching time of sliding mode surface.The saturation function is used to replace the symbolic function,which can reduce the high-frequency jitter caused by sliding mode surface switching to a certain extent.The vector control speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established in the environment of MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PI controller,the controller has faster system response and better speed tracking accuracy.In order to observe the variation of load disturbance,a third-order super twisting sliding mode observer for permanent magnet synchronous motor is designed based on super twisting algorithm,and the observed estimated value is feedforward compensated for the current loop.The traditional sliding mode observer and the third-order super twisting sliding mode observer are used to observe the load torque respectively.The simulation results show that the third-order super twisting sliding mode observer has better observation effect and faster response.PMSM speed regulation experimental platform is built based on TMS320F28335 control board,and the speed loop sliding mode controller and load torque compensation system with new approach law are verified.The experimental results and simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
