Study On Landscape Design Of Rainwater Garden In Commercial Comples

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the problem of urban rainwater and flood management has become increasingly prominent,which has had a serious impact on urban development,transportation and life safety.In the face of the difficulty of traditional drainage methods to solve the dilemma of urban rainwater and flood management,more and more scholars have introduced the theories of sponge city and rainwater landscape in the field of urban rainwater and flood management,which provides new ideas for urban development.However,in the application and exploration of new ideas,most of the research objects used to be residential and public green space,and often ignored the importance of commercial complex projects in urban construction.With the support of national policies and people’s continuous pursuit of consumption environment,commercial complex projects have great development potential in urban rain and flood management.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the landscape design of rainwater garden in commercial complex project.Based on this,this paper takes the landscape space construction of commercial complex project as the starting point,summarizes the landscape design strategy of rainwater garden of commercial complex project through the research of relevant literature and theoretical research results,as well as the field investigation of excellent project cases of domestic commercial complex rainwater garden.The main research results are as follows:Taking the rainwater landscape design strategy of commercial complex as the research goal,this paper analyzes the significance of the application of rainwater garden theory in the landscape design of commercial complex.Combined with the analysis of typical cases and the exploration of the basic theory of commercial complex landscape design and rainwater garden design,this paper summarizes the rainwater landscape design ideas and specific design methods of commercial complex.The main research contents include the following four aspects:Through the theoretical research on sponge City,rainwater garden and rainwater landscaping,this paper expounds the important significance of the application of rainwater landscape in rainwater management and landscape design of commercial complex.Combined with the research on the basic theory of commercial complex landscape design and rainwater garden landscape design,this paper summarizes the constituent elements and design points of commercial complex landscape,as well as the structure,influencing factors and design principles of rainwater garden,It provides a theoretical basis for the case analysis and Design Strategy Research of rainwater garden design of commercial complex.According to the research results of basic theory,combined with the investigation and analysis of excellent project cases of rainwater landscape application,the preliminary results of rainwater landscape design ideas and design methods of commercial complex are formed: a preliminary understanding has been formed in the design thinking of the integration of commercial complex landscape construction and rainwater measures,the selection of main measures,the application of rainwater utilization and the popularization of rainwater management and control;It also summarizes the excellent practices of rainwater facility landscape scene and rainwater waterscape view application of commercial complex in excellent cases,which provides a practical project research basis for the exploration and design practice of rainwater garden landscape design of commercial complex.Finally,through the detailed discussion on the objectives,principles,ideas,steps and methods of the rainwater garden landscape design of the commercial complex,the research results of the rainwater garden landscape design strategy of the commercial complex project are formed.Combined with the landscape design practice of the rainwater garden of Zhuhai Hengqin Vientiane world phase II project,the feasibility of the research results of the rainwater garden landscape design strategy of the commercial complex is demonstrated,It provides a reference design strategy for the same type of projects in rain and flood management and landscape design.
