With the rapid development and popularization of digital technologies such as software automation and artificial intelligence,informatization and digital technologies are reconstructing the original business models of traditional enterprises.The construction of ”Internet + Electricity Marketing” by the power grid company has brought about a large-scale transformation and upgrading of marketing services.A large number of daily office affairs have gotten rid of the original method of writing and transmitting paper documents,and have been completed through the computer information system.To a certain extent,the work efficiency of employees has been improved,but there are still some outstanding problems and room for improvement.On the one hand,the daily service development of power grid companies relies on system platforms such as marketing business systems,electricity collection systems,inspection systems,and power supply service scheduling platforms.There are many business systems,and some systems have a long service life.It is often impossible to update and respond to emerging business needs in a timely manner; On the other hand,there are a lot of business tasks with simple logic,mechanical repetition,low added value,and cross-system operation in the daily work of power grid company staff.The efficiency problem is prominent,and there is a huge space for RPA automation transformation and upgrading.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the RPA system for electric power marketing business according to the technical characteristics of RPA and the business characteristics of power grid companies.The system uses a layered architecture,based on the general development framework of WPF and WWF,and designs and completes the system development work in detail,and realizes three modules: process design,process analysis and process execution.The process design module is used for process construction and scheduling.The process parsing module is used for the disassembly of process files,the parsing of process logic,and the generation of workflows.The process execution module is responsible for directly interacting with the operating system and executing the specific operations of the process.In this paper,the system was implemented for four business scenarios: automatic generation of electricity supply contracts,automatic warning of orderly electricity consumption by enterprises,automatic reminder of enterprise energy dual control,and management of illegal electricity consumption for epidemic prevention and control,and put it into use in the production environment,verifying the effectiveness and availability of the system.On the basis of ensuring the integrity of the original information system,it helped enterprises to greatly improve work efficiency,save costs,and realize digital Labor replaces labor,and realizes innovation and remodeling of existing business models,operation methods,and corporate culture.On the basis of ensuring the integrity of the original information system,the system helps enterprises greatly improve work efficiency,save costs,realize digital labor instead of manual labor,and achieve innovation and remodeling of existing business models,operation methods,and corporate culture.
