As one of the types of ships,sightseeing boats are loved by more and more tourists in water tourism projects.Such ships are required to have the characteristics of stable operation,low noise,wide speed regulation range and strong anti disturbance ability during navigation.However,in the actual navigation process,the problems such as high noise of electric propulsion,unstable speed switching and poor anti external disturbance ability bring poor tourism experience to tourists.In order to solve this problem,taking a large freshwater lake scenic spot as the background,this paper selects permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)as the propulsion motor of the sightseeing ship.Through the research of PMSM sensorless control theory,the control method is improved,and the operation stability and comfort of the sightseeing ship are improved.Firstly,the background of marine electric propulsion and the structure and characteristics of PMSM in propulsion motor are introduced,and the simulation model of PMSM with position sensor control system is built.Secondly,based on the above vector control strategy,the PMSM model reference adaptive sensorless control system in the medium and high speed section is designed and studied.In order to improve the robustness of the adaptive law in the traditional MRAS observer,the super spiral sliding mode control is introduced to improve the adaptive law module,which improves the stability and anti load disturbance ability of the propulsion motor in the high-speed section of the sightseeing ship.Thirdly,a high-frequency voltage injection observer is designed to observe the state of the motor at zero low speed,and a state observer which can obtain the rotor position information is constructed.In view of the large error caused by the filter in the position demodulation process,an improved high-frequency injection method is adopted to improve the estimation accuracy and system robustness of the speed and rotor position of the propulsion motor of the sightseeing ship at low speed.Finally,the working characteristics of the ship propeller are analyzed in detail,and the propeller load model of the sightseeing ship is built.The feasibility and accuracy of the model are verified by simulation.In order to realize the smooth speed switching transition of the sightseeing ship in the full speed range,an improved composite control strategy is adopted,and the propeller load is combined with the improved PMSM position sensorless control system.The ship PMSM position sensorless control system in the full speed range is built.Through the speed switching in the full speed range and the simulation experiment under the water wave disturbance condition,The position tracking effect and operation stability of the sightseeing ship in the full speed range are well verified.Figure [107] Table [8] reference [80]...
