Under the historical background that China is gradually promoting the vigorous development of urbanization,the total population of large and medium-sized cities is also increasing,and the pressure of urban traffic operation is also increasing year by year.In order to effectively alleviate this situation,the rapid development of subway construction will be China’s major cities to change the status of public transport operation of the first choice.However,in the process of subway project construction,because the construction site is often in the city,especially the subway station,many of them are in the busy section of the city,there are many uncertain factors in the construction process,it is easy to occur construction safety accident,which causes large economic loss,and its risk management work will be paid attention to.In the study of risk management of subway station,the method of risk identification often neglects the influence of risk factors,which leads to the result of risk identification lacking of accuracy,which is disadvantageous to the establishment of risk prevention measures.This paper starts with the correlation of risk factors,using the method of social network analysis and with the help of UCINET6.0 software,constructs the network model of the influence relationship among construction safety risk factors of subway station,in order to provide new ideas and ideas for the risk management of similar projects,the risk factors of subway station construction are identified and the core risk factors and critical path are found.First of all,the paper elaborated the subway station common construction method,the risk management as well as the social network analysis method correlation theory,through literature research,accident statistics,accident cause theory and the actual situation of F station of Harbin Metro line 3,26 risk factors have been identified,after consulting the experts by using the Delphi method questionnaire,29 risk factors of construction safety were sorted out according to the six modules of personnel,equipment,materials,construction technology,environment and management.Secondly,we use the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the influence of risk factors on each other,and establish the adjacent matrix of the influence of risk factors according to the survey results,then,the social network model of the influence of risk factors is constructed based on SNA,and the network model is analyzed from three levels: the whole network,the block model network and the individual network,finally summarized the core risk factors and key path.Finally,according to the core risk factors and the key path,the preventive measures are given,and the SNA is used to carry out the control and the effectiveness test,all indexes of F station in the construction safety risk network model have been reduced to a certain extent.This shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method of social network analysis in the subway station construction safety risk management.
