With the continuous development of society and economy,Chinese highway mileage is increasing rapidly,and the number of cars is increasing sharply.The traffic accidents caused by typhoon,rainstorm,hail,cold wave,fog,haze and other bad weather conditions have brought about immeasurable losses to the national economy and people’s life.At present,traffic safety has become a hot issue in social development.In order to achieve real-time environmental monitoring and timely early warning of emergencies information,it is urgent to establish a road traffic meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system based on the Internet of things and big data.In view of the above situation,through the research and analysis of the existing technologies at home and abroad,in this paper,a portable road traffic meteorological information acquisition and monitoring system was designed.The main work was showed as follows:First of all,after market investigation and research on the traffic meteorological environment in Wuxi,on the premise of considering low power consumption and low cost the appropriate meteorological sensors was selected to collect meteorological information,and the system uploaded it to the Web and APP through MQTT protocol,in order to facilitate the management department to release the traffic meteorological early warning information in time.Secondly,according to the overall scheme of the system,the software and hardware design of the acquisition terminals were completed which included the main control module,meteorological information acquisition module,wireless communication module and positioning information module.The Keil platform adopted modular programming to drive the hardware system to complete the corresponding functions,so as to realize the acquisition of meteorological information by the acquisition terminal.Thirdly,the design of meteorological monitoring client was carried out by using Visual Studio code and Android studio platform for front-end design,using SQLyog as the database to store data,deploying the server through EMQX,subscribing and publishing information,and realizing the information interaction between the collection terminal and the Web end and APP end,so as to realize the functions of meteorological data visualization,historical data query and user management.A meteorological prediction model based on LSTM was constructed,the meteorological data collected from the software and hardware system designed in this study during July 2021 to February 2022 were used for training and verification of the model effect.Finally,the designed portable traffic meteorological information acquisition and monitoring system was tested as a whole.The results showed that the system was stable to meet the design requirements.The meteorological prediction model based on LSTM was verified and it was indicated that the model had high prediction accuracy and stability,so as to provide reference basis for traffic meteorological prediction and early warning service.
