Design Of Child Safety Seat Based On TRIZ Theory

Based on TRIZ theory,this thesis innovates the design of child safety seat to solve the problem of children trapped in the car and improve the use experience of child safety seat.The research process is as follows:Background research: The research background of this thesis is introduced,and the current situation of similar research is summarized to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of the research,and determine the specific research content,method and process.Theoretical research: By sorting and collecting the literature related to TRIZ theory,the thesis expounds the definition,innovative tools,methods and architecture of the theory,and analyzes the application value of TRIZ theory,so as to construct the design process of child safety seat based on TRIZ theory.Basic research: This thesis investigates the existing child safety seats online and offline to analyze the attributes of the seat and determine the current development stage based on the law of technological system evolution,and then predicts its future development trend.User research: This thesis selects typical cases of children trapped in the car for analysis to find out the cause of the accident,then collects and analyzes user needs by using the methods of interview and questionnaire,and finally deeply interviews typical users to clarify the types and weights of needs,so as to establish the final ideal solution.Design practice: Based on the contradiction solving process of TRIZ theory,this thesis solves the contradiction between product attributes and user needs,then carries out design analysis,establishes the product function,use process,interaction mode,modeling structure and other elements,and then integrates and completes the design scheme,so as to solve the problem of children trapped in the car and improve the product use experience of guardians and children.
