| The area around Erhai Lake is located in the plateau.As a rare lake and dam area,it is an important space carrier for people’s life and production in the plateau.However,its sensitive ecological conditions and backward development conditions lead to its limited development path.In order to meet the people’s development demands,relying on the superior natural landscape conditions of Cangshan and Erhai Lake,However,in this process,the contradiction between economic and social development and the natural environment has gradually intensified,which has led to a series of ecological and social problems.Taking the area around Erhai Lake as the research target,this paper introduces the concept of value realization of ecological products,establishes an analytical framework to alleviate the contradiction between regional ecological protection and economic and social development by spatial optimization,and puts forward the optimization strategy of spatial layout planningFirst of all,theoretical analysis of the practical dilemma.This paper preliminarily recognizes the value realization process of ecological products in the area around Erhai Lake.Then,it summarizes the development difficulties faced by the area in the process of value realization,combines the relevant concepts of ecological product value realization with the spatial perspective,and excavates the logic of contradiction generation: Under the two dimensions of time and space,the change of land layout brought about by spatial expansion and the social and cultural conflicts in the process of ecological product value realization.The paper also puts forward the function chain of "tourism development spatial distribution value realization".Based on this,the main goal is to "balance the space-time conflict between the construction land and the spatial benefit distribution change characteristics in the process of value realization".Then the paper build a solution to the problem.It analysis the whole area and lakeside zone around Erhai Lake from the dimensions of time and space.In addition,it evaluates the construction land layout,as well as the change characteristics of industrial,population and ecological spatial benefits in the process of realizing the value of ecological products from 2000 to2018,to carry out the layout optimization of urban and rural whole area space at the county level.Then,it analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics and trends of the value realization process of ecological products.In terms of the layout of construction land,the paper analyzes the scale,shape and distribution of construction land in the area around Erhai Lake and the lakeshore belt.The results show that the scale of construction land in the area around Erhai Lake is differentiated,the distribution is fragmented and the shape is regular,and the lakeshore belt and the surrounding mountains are more affected;At the same time,Erhai Lake has a strong "radiation effect" and "location effect" on the layout of construction land.In the aspect of realizing the spatial benefits of ecological product value,the paper analyzes the the characteristics of industrial space utilization efficiency,population scale and water and soil resources values.It finds that the overall conversion efficiency of ecological value has decreased,the consumption of space resources is too large,the population and industrial elements gather to the core of development and the distribution of water and soil resources value has changed.On this basis,the results and problems are summarized as follows: First,the change of construction land has a strong correlation with the economic and social benefits produced by tourism development,and the damage to ecological benefits is significant.Second,the process of ecological management has a strong constraint on the change of construction land in the lakeshore zone,but has little impact on the construction land in the region.Third,regional development agglomeration aggravates the dislocation of spatial resources and spatial benefit distribution.Fourth,the polarization development of lakeshore zone weakens the spatial layout of the integration around the lake.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for planning optimization.According to the value realization process of ecological products and the spatial expansion change law in the area around Erhai Lake,the paper takes "ecological protection priority,social welfare and tourism development" as the planning goal,and puts forward the spatial layout optimization ideas from the macro regional and micro lakeside scale.Firstly,we should build a global ecological security protection pattern and mechanism,control nonconstruction space at different levels,continue the natural landscape pattern,and establish a natural factor protection mechanism.Secondly,it puts forward the regional classification management and control guidance,and fine allocation of spatial elements.Thirdly,we should optimize the protection and utilization of the lakeshore zone,strengthen the spatial connection of the lakeshore zone with the region and Erhai Lake,and promote the integrated development of the internal Ecotourism of the lakeshore zone.The innovation of this paper is to change the traditional spatial governance method with the single goal of development or protection.We try to introduce the concept of ecological product value realization,combine with the actual construction process of the area around Erhai Lake,and apply its core idea to the exploration of urban and rural spatial layout planning at the county level.This paper summarizes the virtuous circle of "economic and social development spatial layout value realization" in the area around Erhai Lake.At the same time,combined with data statistical analysis,correlation analysis,landscape pattern index,ecosystem service value and other quantitative methods and process indicators.This paper studies and analyzes the multi-scale dynamic law in the whole region for the non-urbanization dominated lakeside area around Erhai Lake,and analyzes the temporal and spatial changes in the process of realizing the value of ecological products. |
