Research On The Causes And Consequences Of Listed Companies Setting Up Industrial Funds

Under the new normal of the economy,our country’s industrial transformation and upgrading is facing many new trends,new opportunities,new contradictions and new challenges,and the industrial development has entered a brand new stage.Listed companies have begun to set up industrial funds to establish a three-dimensional industrial ecosystem,which can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries or the layout of emerging industries.Through the research on the literature of domestic and foreign scholars,it is not difficult to find that there are not many researches on the emerging model with Chinese characteristics of the establishment of industrial funds by listed companies,and there are few relevant case studies.Taking the establishment of industrial funds by listed companies as the research object is not only conducive to expanding the current research content,but also beneficial to subsequent listed companies to provide a positive reference when setting up industrial funds for industrial transformation and upgrading.This paper selects Zoomlion,a leading enterprise in the construction machinery manufacturing industry,which is at the forefront of industrial transformation and upgrading,as the case study object.First,it sorts out and analyzes the current situation and value mechanism of industrial funds established by Chinese listed companies in detail.Second,the operation experience and practice of the case company,the background and implementation strategy of the case company-Zoomlion’s establishment of an industrial fund were investigated and analyzed.Thirdly,the comprehensive motivation for the establishment of an industrial fund by Zoomlion was deeply analyzed.Finally,a detailed investigation was made.This paper analyzes the market performance,financial performance and non-financial performance of Zoomlion’s establishment of industrial funds.Through research,it can be found that the mode of setting up industrial funds by listed companies can exert the synergistic effect of the integration of industry and finance to a certain extent,improve the layout of the industrial chain,and promote performance growth.From this point of view,the establishment of industrial funds has certain positive effect for listed companies.However,the current policies corresponding to the establishment of industrial funds by listed companies have not been perfected,and the system has not yet been perfected.There are still many risks and challenges in the establishment of industrial funds,and the positive effects are not absolute.In addition to external factors,listed companies themselves also need to strengthen the management of industrial funds,so as to increase the positive effects of industrial funds and guide the healthy development of the model of industrial funds established by listed companies.All in all,the research on industrial funds can expandthe case studies related to industrial funds,and understand the current reasons for the establishment of industrial funds and the subsequent impact on listed companies.The special nature is of great significance to my country’s economic development,and in-depth research on industrial funds is also conducive to helping subsequent listed companies set up industrial funds correctly.
