With the continuous development of ERP system,machining enterprises can use ERP system to realize the automation and digital office of enterprises,so as to transform to intelligence.The existing ERP system has some problems,such as high cost,complex configuration,not suitable for the specific production requirements and development mode of most machining enterprises.In order to better meet the personalized needs of enterprises and meet the actual production management mode of enterprises,this thesis studies from three aspects: authority management,inventory management and audit management,and develop a set of ERP system suitable for machining enterprises,so as to optimize enterprise management process and improve management efficiency.Based on the actual ERP project of a machining enterprise,this thesis uses the idea of software engineering to analyze the needs of the implementation of ERP system,using spring boot and Vue JS and other frameworks.The system covers user authority management,material warehouse management and other modules.At present,the system has deployed cloud server and has been tested.The system runs stably,has good effect and is suitable for use.Aiming at the problems that role-based access control model(RBAC model)in authority management has few authorization methods and is difficult to adapt to the complex organizational structure of enterprises,this thesis improves the RBAC model,introduces the dimension of position and department to allocate authority,puts forward an improved RBAC authority management model more in line with the characteristics of enterprise management,and verifies the feasibility of the model in ERP system;Aiming at the problems of backward and inaccurate prediction of material inventory in inventory management,a BP neural network(ABC-BP)inventory prediction model based on artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to predict the inventory demand of enterprise material products.In the experiment,it is compared with the prediction accuracy and convergence speed of BP neural network.The results verify the feasibility and accuracy of ABC-BP model;In view of the problems such as the single way and lack of management focus of the existing ERP system in the audit management,this thesis puts forward the material in and out audit model based on ABC classification,classifies the importance of materials with the idea of ABC classification,and carries out the in and out audit at different levels,and verifies the feasibility of the model in the ERP system.The main innovations of this thesis are as follows:(1)An improved RBAC authority management model is proposed to adapt to the organizational structure and management characteristics of enterprises;(2)An inventory prediction model based on ABC-BP neural network is proposed to predict inventory demand more accurately and improve enterprise inventory management ability;(3)Put forward the management model of material in and out audit based on ABC classification,classify and classify the in and out audit,and highlight the key points of management.
